4This store should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely foul customer service skills and show no amount of decency to their customers!
Save yourself the stress and don't go in there! I've asked the staff (fake red hair) if I had to be a member to get a discount and she replied: "NO. AND DON'T ASK ME FOR DIFFERENT SIZES. EVERYTHING I HAVE IS HERE. " Wow! Very"welcoming".
Went in with my mum last week & the lady working took a while to acknowledge us and didn't ask if we wanted help. Mum purchased a top and pants and I asked if the top in small was in stock she just said "what's there is all I have, you could check another store" without offering to call around or look on the system.
Fast forward a week & mum decided she didn't want the pants and went in to return them and the same lady was working "we don't do returns" don't do returns? ! How ridiculous, surely that's not true! Anyway she found something else she liked.
Not overly friendly service and no returns policy and the clothes were all $25 but you wouldn't want to pay more than that!
Poor clothing at expensive prices. Bought a pair of black pants 3 weeks ago. First wash shrunk heaps. Followed washing instructions to the letter.
