Hadn’t been to Eaton Mall for a while & drove down there today for lunch. Our old favourite was no longer open & we seen a crowd enjoying meals outside & inside here & decided to give it a go & WOW we were so glad we did & it’s definitely now our new favourite. Food was generous & delicious & the bread was to die for, smothered in their mixed dips, stuffed with their gyros mixed meats & salad. I’m salivating just writing about it here haha. Staff were lovely & although run off their feet, smiles were in abundance. Can’t wait to bring family & friends along next time. Faultless

Couldn't tell you about the food, the rest of my family was served after 45 minutes of waiting, no cutlery, items missing and I was left without a meal at all and there was no apology from management.

The calamari and scallops were very good. We sat on the outside but the inside of the restaurant was very nice. They still have heaters on the outside, so it's still very comfortable. Overall, good greek food.

We ordered a seafood platter $160-ish and a meat platter $80-ish as main. Both platters come with salad and chips. It's really a big portion even for five people. Everything was delicious there! Katialo has definitely met my satisfaction!

Food is always great, staff are always friendly and accommodating. Service is outstanding. Been here many times and will always come back.

Beautiful loukoumathes - crispy outside and fluffy soft inside. As good as the church’s ladies fellowship make (and that is a very high hurdle to match)

Fantastic food, lovely relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. Dips with pitta bread were delicious starters - very generous serve. We had haloumi burgers, vegetable stack and grilled calamari salad. Everything was really tasty, nicely presented and good value. This restaurant is a great place to sit and while the afternoon away with friends. Will definitely be back.

Food was of a good quality but prices are very high compared to other venues. $25 for a Greek salad, for example.

Our large group attended Katialo for lunch today and we were all happy with our experience. The food was fresh, tasty and well presented. The staff were helpful and accommodating during our long lunch. We couldn't be happier with the restaurant and will be back for our next family event. Thanks Team and keep up the great work.

First time at this restaurant and I really enjoyed my meal, I ordered fish with beetroot salad, my husband had pork cutlets and we were both satisfied with the quality and quantity.
Also I'd like to thank Theo for his hospitality and service we got talking and had a pleasant conversation.what a lovely Guy! We'll definitely be back.

Good Greek restaurant! Many people are enjoying the delicious food! Very hospitable and industrious waiters. We ordered mix dips, saganaki, zuchini chips, soutzoukakia, pork tigania, dolmades and the Meat platter large. We come back again for sure!

The best restaurant in Oakleigh! I had a reservation for 18 ppl! When we came we were welcomed straight away and seated in a great spot. It was very busy but the service was amazing. There was always someone looking after our table which is something we dont usually have in any other restaurant in oakleigh. The food came at a perfect time and it was excellent and juicy. FIVE STARS again and again!

I recently moved to Oakleigh so I've tried a lot of restaurants in Eaton Mall. This was my first time dining in (this place is my go-to for loukoumades) and I would have to say the souvlaki wraps (lunch special for $15!) was simply outstanding! In fact the best I've had in Melbourne! We chose chicken for one and haloumi for the other and both were absolutely delicious! We combined this with the Greek salad which was fabulous!
Will now be making this my regular place to bring friends and family!
Highly recommend!
