Very bad experience.sold a defective bjacket with furs coming out and the lady manager at Werribee plaza store refused to exchange or return it Her name was Sarah and on top of it she was so rude.

Ordered online for pickup from the store. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The store is a bit hard to find as there were not many information kiosks in the shopping centre and there are no signs showing the way to the store. The store is located near Myer, between Myer and the Foodcourt area.

Despite purchasing the item under the impression that returns were possible, it seems that the company has since changed their stance and is now refusing to accept the return or exchange. This is not only frustrating, but it is also unfair to you as the customer. After all, you relied on their policy and made your purchase accordingly.

It is understandable that businesses have their own set of policies and procedures, but it is critical that these are communicated clearly and consistently to customers. By promising something that they cannot deliver, this company has damaged your trust and their reputation.

Given this experience, it would be difficult to recommend this company to others. It is important that businesses are honest and transparent in their dealings with customers and uphold the promises they make.

Wow! Blown away by the absolutely outstanding service by Kathmandu. I ordered 3 items online at 1.18pm & they were delivered at 10.43am the following day. Can't get any quicker than that.

Always been Kathmandu loyal customer until I was sold with defective item which they fail to exchange.
Apparently as per store Manager/store person they don't do exchange, but they can only do refund.
Until I found this was wrong.

Since I bought when sale was happening and now they're charging full price and wants me to get the refund and buy full price item.

Really bad experience.

I'll make sure I spread this and no one from my family buy anything from Kathmandu since you don't know what customer service/experience is.

Danny, Madelyn and April really went out of their way to assist me today, they made my shopping experience at Kathmandu a very positive one. With their exceptional sales techniques I spent far too much then I should have but I'm incredibly satisfied with the quality of the products. I can safely say I'll be returning in the near future. I cannot comprehend the fact that in this store prices are higher compare with the Kathmandu website, so no deal for me. Safe time and money and buy online

Disappointed that my item come in on the 13th and now it’s the 21st and I’ve had no one contact me! Very very unprofessional and wrong!

Shop hours are open till 5pm however on Saturday 11 June 2022 we were not allowed to go into the store at 4.30pm. The doors were closed and security guard said they had too many customers in the store and would have difficulty getting everyone out by 5pm. Stupid reason to close doors 30 minutes before closing time if you ask me.

Kathmandu is always on sale. Never pay full price for any Kathmandu item which is a given.
Jacob and the team are very helpful with any questions you might have and are very accommodating to any requests as well for that matter.

Good range for hiking/ camping, everyday wear available at all costs.

Visited this place for a jacket to help with the chill. They have separate jackets for warmth and chill winds. The staff were very helpful and very patient listening to all our requirements. They have suggested us a few jackets and we picked what we wanted and it's a 100 percent of what we wanted, i.e it's providing a full 100% warmth.

And the membership is free and we got a 30 percent off on our purchase.

Very good customer service by Jacob. Was willing to put the time in to search for an item I was after that his store did not have. His efforts were much appreciated!

They need to add a bit of space to try out shoes. Stored looked cluttered. Nice customer service though.

One of the worst store I have visited, I bought a jacket in this store and went back to return that after 2 days they are telling very silly reasons, why they are not allowed to take it back. They don't even consider customer satisfaction and they are not ready to hear why customer is not satisfied with their product.

I WAS a fan of Kathmandu. Bought many types of pants and all fit perfectly, except the last purchase. The sizing is way off. Wanted to return but the customer service classifies it as "change of mind" and does not want to accept it and compensate for shipping. I am upset twice! Will shop elsewhere. Another big brand turned into sht.
