Just a quick review of my experience with Kathmandu Traralgon today, being my birthday Hilary a staff member went above and beyond to make it special when I was purchasing a new winter coat (first Kathmandu coat at age 29!). Hilary was so kind had two sizes ready for me, made sure I had movement in both and helped me decide on the best option, also gave me insight on washing them and how to look after them. She was smiling, kind and friendly throughout the experience and was apologetic and asked if I minded her helping another customer when I was trying something on. Hilary was thoughtful and wanted to ensure she was giving her 100% attention to her customers. The world needs more people like Hilary! Thanks again Kathmandu Traralgon, I'll be back!

Brilliant store. Great staff with a great attitude. What a selection of clothing and camping equipment.

I ordered the wrong size vest online so made the trip down to Traralgon to exchange it for the right size and the woman who serves me was so incredibly rude. She almost had me in tears. I won’t ever go back into the store when she is there. I’ve never been so embarrassed or felt like such a inconvenience in my life. My vest is great but the service from this woman was most certainly not!

Very, very helpful staff.
Thoroughly recommend shopping here but the prices can be on the high end but there are lots of clearance sales at the back of the shop.

Normally when a store is setup in a regional area it doesnt have much but Kathmandu Taralgon is the exact opposite.
Massive range with heaps of sizes and staff that know the products they are selling.

A nice big store for country Vic who often has great specials. Staff are friendly and helpful too.

Decent stock size. Not a huge variety of kids clothing. Staff were friendly but not overly happy to help.

Conviently located, large range, always have specials available, quality products, at a reasonable price!
