I have a very bad experience today with the man at the counter. Actually I bought two jacket, one T-shirt for my husband and one T shirt for me last Tuesday. I went home without checking the stuffs. And unfortunately when I unfold my t shirt it had a small like hole on it. Today I went to the store with the bill and the T-shirt with the Tag on it and explained what had happened and politely asked the staff to exchange it but he was so rude and disagreed to exchange. I told him to call the manager and he said, “l am the manager “ How disgusting! I will never shop again in Kathmandu. I am also the member of Kathmandu. He didn’t care for anything! How rude

Had a pair of Merrell shoes that I had been looking for in stock (last of that size) that had been unavailable anywhere else. Friendly, helpful staff.

Came in on Friday the 26th, spoke with Andy one of the employees. Excellent customer service. Recommended me the perfect jacket, definitely coming back. Thank you Andy!

Josh was amazing. Greeted me with a huge smile, even though, it was 5 pm. I had a problem with my online order where basically instead of getting 1 free jacket for buying 2 jackets, i got 1 free jacket for buying 1 jacket (due to out of stock). Josh managed to fix the problem so i can exchange a jacket in his store, called another store in Docklands so they can put another jacket on hold. Highly recommended staff!

Great customer service experience!

Big shout out to Robin - an absolute customer service legend! He went out of his way to ensure that I was provided with a resolution for a problem I was facing with one of my Kathmandu bag packs. Robin not only recorded my feedback, but also, remembered to follow up with me and contact me when a fix was available!

Whilst Kathmandu is no doubt a solid brand, this in store experience has only made me enjoy and trust the Kathmandu brand more!

Give these guys a raise for real. Robin and Andy saved our weekend getaway with the last of an item that was hiding out back and with a mental discount pre Christmas sales on top of it being a clearance item.
They were super friendly, in great spirits pre Christmas, and I cannot fault any bit of their service.
10/10 will only go to this store while they work here

Very bad customer service by a white guy I don’t remember his name but he was very rude to us his manner was not good for the customer this incident was on this week monday July 12 afternoon and he made me feel like never going on the same store again

My favorite Kathmandu! Staff there are passionate and always willing to help. With expertise in outdoor hiking and camping. You know they’ll give you the best recommendation about gears and clothes. There are several Kathmandu in the city. But this would always be my ‘go-to’.

Friendly staff, decent range of products although more limited than some other stores and good quality.

Thanks to Erin's polite and happy demeanor, together with product knowledge and focus on service and customer satisfaction today. I'm once again reminded why Kathmandu is my "go to" Store for almost all my clothing, outdoor accessories and gifts!

Appears to be full of bargains, I didn't buy anything as I don't like brand names on my clothing. Cheers Ken

Sheena was amazing today when I went in to the Spencer St store! I told Sheena that I was looking for a jacket I could wear hiking in the rain or even on the beach in the rain.

Sheena took me through all my options and explained the differences, she helped me find my correct size and perfect jacket. She explained which jackets were windbreakers, spray jackets and rain jackets in a way I could understand. Sheena also took the time to tell me that all the feathers are a RDS so I felt comfortable I was making a sustainable choice. Sheena took plenty of time taking me around the store and made me feel like it was no trouble at all, that kind of service is so rare these days!

When checking out Sheena then took the time to tell me how to wash and dry and my new jacket correctly and how to store it at home and when travelling. I am so grateful for her help today and can’t wait to see her soon when I go in to spend my $10 reward voucher! There was also another guy in store who seemed to be doing an amazing job helping out another customer, and when I got to the check out and was leaving he was super friendly to me too. They both made me feel so comfortable in store and happy about my purchase!

Lovely staff! After a bad experience at a store next door, the guy who helped me at Kathmandu was a delight. Easy, fast service and a nice chat! No judgment for my need for non-technical gear.
