Kathmandu Southland

Always love this place. Disappointed in the colour range over the last few years. Used to be able to get a light navy, nothing much for us blonds. Also bring back the nice yoga pants. Each year I live in hope.

Very unhelpful and rude customer service, everyone is busy gossiping with each other, for all requests for help you get only a sigh and rudeness in response, I have never seen such customer service anywhere in Australia.
I will never return to this store again.

Had a fantastic customer service experience at the Southland store on the weekend. Sarah the store manager was amazing helpful and service second to none. Highly recommend Southland Kathmandu and go see Sarah!

The Manager at Katmandu Southland went above and beyond to source the exact coat I wanted to give my daughter for xmas. Customer service is alive and well in this store, what a rare treat. Thank you.

Great range of products helpful staff and very polite things aren't cheap but the quality of the product is top level

Good products, but the 'supervisor' are always unhappy to help. Went there twice in a week (the second time to change the size of a jacket) I believed there was 2 different 'supervisor' ladies and they did not really want to help the customer. Bad customer service!

I just bought a pair of Salomon boots today and Emma gave me the best service I've ever had! Love this store will buy everything from here from now on! Thanks Emma

I want to say that everytime I go the Katmandu store in Southland I get amazing customer service. Your staff there are fantastic. I went there this morning to exchange something I got from another store on Sunday the 15th of May and the staff on duty that day helped me and were so lovely. Unfortunately I don't know their names but great job guys!

Completely over priced, I'm not sure why so many people have these puffer jackets surely there are better things to spend $500 on?

I had a great experience at Kathmandu Southland. They had a black friday 2 for 1 sale on Andulo jackets for $200. Great deal!

Called wanting to buy Pocket hand warmers, unfortunately no stock and system incapable of checking any nearby stock.
At least they picked up and saved me a trip!

Good middle of the road outdoor gear at good prices. No speciality stuff for serious climbing but hey it's in a shopping centre, what did you expect.

Great range of colours and sizes, all stock was neat and in order, staff were actively tidying shelves and assisting everyone with genuine warmth and care. Within 2 mins of walking in I was approached by a very friendly staff member who assisted me right away with advice and finding items. Another 2 staff asked if I was ok as I walked around, which was lovely, one girl spent a good amount of time helping me with sleeping bags and an assortment of other things. The best service I have received in any retail shop hands down in a very long time! Hats off to this team!

Staff is not friendly at all, i have been there twice, spending more than 1000. Next time i will visit the store at moorabbin, i will see if the guys there at least know how to smile.

Very helpful cheerful staff helped us find just the right size and then went that extra bit too check for the colour we wanted in reserve area. Great prices on sale.

Although not a large branch store, the staff at Southland branch are always pleasant, helpful and professional.

Kathmandu has a good range of winter ware. It's little expensive but is value for money. However, has difficulty in finding all sizes of most popular winter ware and that's a disappointment. Helpful staff and guide you you different options when you explain your need.

Outstanding customer service and products! Very helpful staff. They don't compromise with quality. I bought a pair of shoes lately but it had a defect that I didn't notice so I returned it and they gladly replaced it even though it was bought almost 3 months ago!
