Tash was super helpful and provided excellent customer service on both occasions that i visited the store to help me pick my hiking bag. Excellent range and customer service.

Came in today for a jacket cause the weather was getting a bit colder.i didn’t expect to receive the worst customer service by someone who was the ‘store manager’. I’m not sure if her name was supeena or sue priya but she was very blunt at the register.such a shame, i’ll take my money elsewheree

I was at the Kathmandu at Northland last Sunday to make some purchases and was amazed at the customer centricity that was demonstrated by the staff at the store, in particular i was impressed by their staff Padma and Supriya who provided Top Notch service levels, speaks volumes for the Brand, Thank You Guys:)

I have called them over numerous times today and never once have they answered me, occasionally the moment I call they’d send me straight to voicemail. Horrible customer service despite not even being served.

Spoke to Stefan and another girl in a blue jacket (didn't grab her name). Was outstanding service and really got everything I needed for my trip. Both staff had fantastic product knowledge and I really enjoyed my time shopping!

Would like to thank Seyedehzahra and her co worker for their excellent customer service and assistance for my visit in the store tonight. True professionals and hard workers. Keep up the good work!

While the gear they have is alright
The people working there don't have much experience with hiking or camping and couldn't explain much about the products other then what was on the tag

I went to macpac 2 minutes walking away and the people there could explain what the products do and which ones they use and like

Disappointed with customer service. After asking for help for some shoes, both staff seemed uninterested in helping me at all. Made me feel like an inconvenience for asking a simple question.

Went in today to buy a jacket and Bella helped me out. She was so lovely - five star customer service!

Received outstanding customer service from the team at Northlands, very friendly and customer focused. Special thanks to Jacob, who handled my returned item (jacket) so well, and when the afterpay system played up, he apologised and tried to find other solutions by calling another store and attemping the system return again. In the end, I was able to exchange the item with a few others, and he ensured that everything went perfectly well, and the left-over money he was able to give me a gift voucher with. Such excellent customer service! I was very impressed with his sincere professionlism and the professionalim of the team.

Brought nothing, very very expensive, wrong area should be in Kew. Was Kathmandu a 1980 or 1990 marketing exercise?

Customer service provided by Ally beyond what I have experienced with other stores. He product knowledge, advice and assistance to choose the right product is very helpul. After having been refused to exchange an item for which I did not have the receipt for by another store, Ally let me part exchange it for another item. Thank you Ally and keep up your cheerful personality.

Excellent customer service. We were after two jackets for my kids but unfortunately the sizes weren't available in Melbourne or online. Thanks to Georgia we managed to bring down the jackets to Melbourne from Brisbane Qld Thanks Kathmandu Northland shopping center.

Amazing customer service - went in to buy a beach shelter, and wanted to see how big the ones they had in stock were. Staff went out of their way to completely assemble a tent in the store so we could see the size and recommend some different colours they had in stock. Highly recommended!

Cheyn & Alison at the Northland Kathmandu are very professional & friendly (so to is William). Cheyne, in particular, is very helpful and knows the stock well. She was able to help you with making up your mind and recommends products based on your needs. She is an asset to the store.

Good Clothing and accessories Store price is high but have after pay staff are all very helpful and attentive

As always, a great experience at Kathmandu. I had a Gore-tex rain coat that has lost some of its waterproofness. I went to buy a spray to rewaterproof it but the manager said it shouldn’t do that so replaced the jacket. A much better response than expected.
