Very disappointed…very bad attitude of staff.no respect for customers.specially “ROHAN” … his attitude is very very bad
I wouldn’t recommend this store. Stay away…He treats customers very rudly & shows no respect at all

I had a terrible experience at the Kathmandu store with Rohan, the so-called $&#% employee. His attitude towards customers was appalling, showing a complete lack of respect and professionalism. He seemed more interested in flexing his ego than assisting customers. I would avoid this store if you want a pleasant shopping experience and respectful service.

I was at Kathmandu store at DFO Moorabbin to return an item. I was waiting over 10 mts at the counter while the 2 staff members were just chatting so close to the counter. Then a guy, came to me and I told him I've to return something. He was very rude and said will not accept any refunds Then I asked for exchange the item again he said I can’t do exchange as well. First time I shop from Kathmandu I never thought Kathmandu customer service is like this. Very disappointed customer

Good to look around but sadly didn't have what I was after. Will do as always, visit again and see how it goes.

All good brands are there and now with special discounts so go and do shopping. Also very nice food zone & Aldi to purchase grocery

Lovely customer service from team and Emma. Ask for help about hiking shoes and she was very helpful and kind with her interactions, I got a lovely hiking shoe.

DFO Moorabbin has to be one of the better DFOs with an excellent selection of stores and one of these is the Kathmandu Outlet store. Compared to the other retail stores the prices at this outlet are much cheaper. While All items here are at clearance prices, it's alo a good idea to check through their seconds section to hunt out even better bargain items. I found the staff here to be super friendly and very helpful.

Being at DFO parking is free however it does get pretty busy during weekends and we found that rather than trying to park at the front a better option is to park on the Grange Road entry.

Great store & excellent selection at outlet price. I have problem with my son jacket & store manager Steve was really helpful with the exchange process. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service.
I went there to buy jackets for myself and my boyfriend. I chose two for myself, and the staff just showed me the exactly colour and style matching jackets for men.
The staff also helped me to sign up a membership and put through the purchase in two transactions to help me save more money without me asking for anything.

Came here Saturday morning and was assisted by Emma in some repair patches for my Jacket. My experience was very pleasant and easy. Emma even had the curtossy to ask how would I like to pay.
Not just assume. Great work Emma.

Today, I was shopping at Moorabbin DFO store. At the counter, I was suggested short survey (need to choose one number) Accidentally, I choose number one, without sorting out the questions, I clicked on the number 1. And I realized what I had done when I left the store. I feel very guilty in front of the saleswoman who served me. I am very pleased with her service, and besides, she helped me get Katmandu membership. I hope that my review will reach her boss and her career will not be affected.

Some of jackets have a good price, staffs are friendly and helpful. However, most of items are so expensive.

Good range of clothes at the Moorabbin DFO. Couldn't find what we wanted I'm our sizes though. Not everything is on special so check prices online. Quite often the same items are cheaper in their Online store.
