Appalling service from woman manager who screams. Don't get this appalling treatment from anywhere else. She is backwards, aggressive and a sicko. Stay away.

Extremely helpful staff and knowledgeable. Store has a good selection of goods. Much discounted too at competetive prices compared to similar outlets.

Good quality products - but you'll pay for what you get. Not the cheapest, but if you can open your wallet you'll get products that will last.

Good quality. I've got pairs of socks I bought 5 years ago and still in good condition. I have a backpack that I bought and used. My eldest son used it. My daughter used it. Then my younger son used it. Then I used it for sometime and still it hasn't been broken anywhere. So tough.

Often one or two items for a good sale price. Most staff stay behind the registers (so go there if you need help with anything).

Excellent service, great tunes. Good discount specials and quality clothes. Recommend. Found it better than Rebel for selection of fitness tee's.

The manager and staff were so helpful after I walked in not knowing anything about coats the manager was so helpful will her knowledge and understanding what i wanted in a coat. I walked out of Kathmandu Knox City with the best coat ever. Thanks

I bought a jacket off this store back in winter, don't get me wrong great jacket and very warm. However noticed that there were several feathers that kept poking out and the sharp ends kept stabbing me over my upper body, this became very irritating.

I followed up by calling them up in August to seek a replacement as I found they kept falling out. I was told to come in so they could take a look and they told me they would be more than happy to replace this but they had no stock for the jacket I had and I would have to drive to Doncaster Westfield to collect a replacement or wait until next week when they had stock. I chose to wait as it was inconvenient to drive up to Doncaster.

I gave them a call up the following week seeing if there was any stock and I was told that there is very little stock in all stores currently, they would also take a note of my name and situation and I will have to wait till November.

I actually forgot all about it after awhile as I felt like I was getting nowhere, but after recently wearing the jacket again the irritation was worse so I called up now in December thinking they surely must have stock. Well I did and the general manager (who was very nice) told me that there has been stock for months and if they ever went out of stock it would only be for 2 weeks maximum.

Not only does this annoy me being lied to, but I am told that the feathers coming out of the jacket are completely normal and I was to purchase some special detergent to wash the jacket with to tighten up the stitching? Why they could not have just told me this in the first place is beyond me.

I appreciate the honesty from the manager but the fact that I had to wait 3-4 months for that answer then to be told I have to buy additional products as a solution just frustrates me and makes me feel like they told me to wait until November so they didn't have to deal with an unhappy customer.
