Shame on staff, chit chatting all at once and not a care about the consumers.
Can provide the service then leave that job for someone else.

**Wonderful experience**

The staff member Nadia was extremely helpful and courteous!

I came on Thu afternoon to get some good deals for the family.
I asked if I can try on some jackets and the staff member looked surprised when I asked if I can try on the kids size (clearly I am a LOT bigger than that LOL)

I had to explain that my mum is a kid size Large and my brother is a XS for male. She started to laugh when I said "if I try a kids jacket on, if it's one size too small, then it would perfect for Mum. If I try a male jacket on and it fits well, then that jacket would be perfect for my brother"

I ended up purchasing 1 (Male 12 yr old) navy jacket for mum and 1 XS navy jacket for my brother.

They were both thrilled and so happy with the jackets! The only thing was the kids size was still too small for mum (I think she has been eating too much snacks lol!) so she asked if I can exchange for a bigger size.

I rang this morning and the lovely staff member who picked up the phone quickly checked for me and said a "14 y/o boy jacket" was available and she said she would put in away for me and I can pick it up in the next day!

I have had such a wonderful experience with this shop!
I will definitely be back soon for more!

Sales lady was very rude and had a problem when customer took out jacket from hanger, trying on jacket and she asked him not to take them out and if taken out then hang it back. Indeed not a good customer service. She is not doing her job properly.

Just wanted to say that the customer service I received from Nadia at the Essendon Dfo store was great. She was very friendly and helpful.

Was helped in store by a nice gentleman, however, everyone was served by that same staff member with the girls standing behind the counter busy talking. It was 2-3 girls just talking while only one staff member walked around the store to help everyone. More than 5 starts for the gentleman and no starts for all the other girls too busy talking.

Customer service was brilliant, the man that helped me took his time and guided my decision based on what I needed. Very helpful and an all round great store

Customer service is excellent, the person who saved me was a champion able to explain very well about the product. Excellent work team. (Karthmandu DFO south Wharf need to learn from your team how to provide excellent customer service)

We went just now to buy. Some thermal ware etc. First bought packing cubes. Staff could not be bothered asking member details. Then bought some thermal t shirts and asked if she could add first products to my member. She just could be bothered. Absolutely hopeless service

Clothes were kept in wrong offer. If there is only 1 then I would have thought it was my mistake but there were a bunch kept it wrong place with offer. After billing I came to know, I bought it but felt disappointed on Black Friday.

Nice layout and super friendly staff handle themselves well. The adventure ahop across the path has a better selection of things though.

Kathmandu is just amazing anywhere, but in here prices are really worth it. Definitely pay a visit.

Bad and rude customer service and the sales people are least interested in selling. When asked to change my address for online delivery the first response was that he can't help.

Still on the pricier side but you get what you pay for.jackets are super comfortable and good quality

Poor service. Prices same as other Kathmandu stores with poorer service. Probably due to the larger number of customers here
