Kathmandu Emporium

I had a great shopping experience is great at this store. I am there for gift shopping, but I am really not sure about the size. Louis the staff there is so patient and kind to help me find what I want. Thanks.

The staff is not polite. There was a girl when I went there yesterday and I asked some questions about the product she was very annoyed and not approachable. I walked out and I didn’t wanna buy anything more. The girl was wearing glasses black straight hair and Singapore nationality I suppose. And if you read below there are other complaints about staff too!

The staff will ignore you. I walked in and they were just talking amongst themselves. I even looked around for help but completely ignored.

The store has a great collection and great discounts. But I had the worst customer service experience.
I went to the check out and the young lady was very rude to me from the get go. She asked if I was a member and I said yes, which I have been since 2017. I gave her my name and had to slowly spell my name 4 times for her. I even have to say M for mountain ECT and she then turned around and said that I didn't have a membership and when u said I was she rudely said I wasn't and she would have to sign me up. I have left so frustrated and without the items I needed. Really disappointed and hope you fix this. I left feeling I must not be.took me 2seconds to login to my account with the email and name I gave her.

Nice shopping centre to walk around. Plenty of restauyto choose from and have lots of quality n big names shops

Absolutely loved the store but costumer service was not what was expected. Costumer representative was mean.

Now that the outlet shop in Fitzroy has closed, I'll have to venture in to the city branches.
I did score a new pair of Solomons (discounted because of a frayed lace), which are a replacement for my 12 year old pair (which died on the Overland Track).
The Kathmandu brand is growing on me.

Josh was a super friendly guy, while getting the right jacket size for me. Unfortunately I can't say the same about Vanessa, she delivered a terrible customer service and was inpatient when I was asking questions about my membership card.

Rubbish service, the big size lady who worked today was been extremely rude to us who are loyal customers to Kathmandu. Never ever visit this shop again, she is unwilling to provide service and racist and laughing with other colleagues while servicing clients.

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and have professional attitude. I like shopping from here and other Kathmandu stores.

The worst.went to swap a hoodie I got the day before because it had a hole in it.they were unhelpful in getting me a new one and then I wouldn’t give me a refund because I had used a different card the day before. 35 minutes of my day down the drain.will never shop here again, will be getting a refund elsewhere and then using the money to shop at macpac or patagonia who have some quality control and staff that are helpful.

Travelled to the city in order to get a solar charger for my phone. I’m a beginner camper so the staff were extremely helpful. I had bought the wrong thing and luckily the staff helped me out and got me exactly what I needed. Great customer service:)

Well, it's one stop shop for all your winter clothing. All your Really good quality products and variety of them available. The staff is very helpful. I had to return a fleece jacket (bought online) and representative refunded me without any hassle. I highly recommend this place

It's a Kathmandu store. It's it's the only one I've ever been too I can't compare. The staff are helpful, there is always enough of them ready to assist and I usually get in and out in no time. All good. The products are good quality but pricey, and as such I'm only ever there when the sales are on.

Quite expensive sometimes compared with the prices and offers that you can find at Kathmandu's website

Awful costumer service, extremely rude staff. The quality of products are acceptable, but Emporium’s Kathmandu is not a good place to shop. Check the product carefully before buying it, they don’t even accept to change their faulty products!

Most items are stocked here, staff are always more than friendly to help ith any questions or quiries

A jacket i purchased - tagged ~330$, has leaking feathers, which the company call normal. I cant wear such a jacket even if it was for free. Disgusting.
Did it keep me warm in winter - not really - I had to wear thermals inside
