Very good store! Reasonably sized therefore allowing there to be plenty of stock of quite a range of products.
Kathmandu has such good quality products that are sure to last you for years to come, however their prices are a little more on the expensive side, but this can be justified because of its such good quality.
Very friendly staff that are always willing to help you out.
I will be returning in the future and making future purchases as well.

I shopped at your store on 29th July I bought a Black women's epiq jacket, the sales lady I thought was helpful i showed her a pic of the jacket I wanted to buy for my daughter's 21st,
but then we got to the checkout and she was more interested in what washing machine I had and to sell me washing liquid.
Got home and the jacket was wrong so my daughter rung the store and asked them to hold the right one, we went back today and honestly I felt like a criminal the lady was so rude.
I will not be going back!

The manager there was incredible. Will be back as she went beyond what a manager would do norrmally. Bought a few hundred dollars of stock and very happy. Highly recommend.

Neat and tidy, friendly staff. Would recommend you drop by if you live close to Eastland Shopping Centre and in need of travel/outdoor adventure apparel and goods!

Pretty disappointing experience. I had paid for an order and was waiting for my size to come in, after a week of no communication i went into store to find the shelves were stocked in my size but my order was still yet to arrive. -_- Staff wouldn't let me take shelf stock as my order was still coming.

I thought a paying customer would take priority over stock thats yet to be sold.

Went in once, asked for help and was spoken to rather rudely. Could see staff sizing me up and wondering why an unfit and overweight person dare enter their shop. They told me they didn't have what I asked for, but I then saw the item I was after on my way out. I didn't purchase anything and won't be back.

Helpful staff, good selection of stock and will presented however it isn't the largest store so they have some limitations on stock levels.

Great customer service, discontinued item I was after, was at DFO Moorabbin. Salesperson told me it was there.excellent service.

The customer service in this shop is just appualing. I bought a jacket and one the seams needed restitching. They insisted in got sent away to be repaired rather than replacing it. Initially I was told a week. It's been 3 weeks now and no sign of my jacket and no one knows when I'm likely to get it back. It's bad service.

Get with the time's women feet go beyond the dainty 9.5 you decide they should go up to. A size 10 is not unusual, it is extremely sexist that you decide women should only have small feet. Very disappointed.
