Was greeted by friendly an accomodating staff. Purchased a puffy jacket for a discounted price. Keep up the great customer service!

Came more than an hour before closing time, guy said they were closing early. Despite having customers in the store, the door was locked. Unprofessional & frankly disappointing. Lost a customer

Great customer service. I returned a jacket I bought two weeks ago, as it was little tight in some parts. Jon was very helpful in organising a refund. Larger store and plenty of options. Thank you for keeping the customers happy as it makes up come back to your store.

I only bought a water bottle so not really a lot of interaction, but the service person was very friendly and the water bottle is great.

Mostly overpriced outdoorsy styled clothing, high quality but overpriced. They're a big name but you pay extra for the brand. A $500 waterproof jacket from here could be bought for less elsewhere but wouldn't have the Kathmandu name.
Having said that, the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is neat and sections are labelled well. They lack some basic stuff though, like only having one pair of male pants, going into winter? Anyway, I ended up finding what I needed at Macpac across the way.

Disappointed advertise open till 5 30 there closed before the scheduled time and just staring at you knowingly

I noticed a damage in my newly purchased pants, took them back and they immediately offered me to change them to a new pair. I ended up buying two.

Dropped into today while shopping to get the next generation of the Tiber NGX boot my favourite full size hiking boot. So comfortable. The person serving was very quick to respond, be exactly what I needed and was back in a flash with my size and waited while I tried them on then straight to the register. Love Kathmandu always a smile and always ready to help. The staff are all users of the products and know their stuff. My Tiber NGX always last me three years which is amazing given how much walking I do.

Store was very clean and very full of stock. Lots of sale items so we took advantage of that! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great shop but not many designs and variety. The brisbane kathmamdu had lots of collections for women than the doncaster shop.but staff were friendly and helpful.

Great range of outdoor and travel gear! Fairly pricey for what you get ie. Other lesser known and cheaper brands would be of the same quality. Staff were not very attentive, often just standing around talking while we waited to be served. I don't expect people to dote on me every second I am in the store, but if there are no other customers, there is not much of an excuse.

Pointed out my daughter qualified for a student discount. Quality of jackets seems good. Will shop here again.
