Kathmandu Chadstone - Shop B200

Went into Katmandu on Tuesday night, and my family and I were served by Tommy who should be the face of Katmandu. What a breathe of fresh air! Just when I thought customer service was out the door…. In walked tommy…. He was BEYOND helpful and very kind and assisted us with all of our question and queries. Well done Tommy! Look forward to seeing you soon.

Understaffed - queued up and waited for 5 mins to pay. However, it was nice to see that the staff that served me was polite and friendly.

The styles of this brand's jackets are very attractive. I tried on several of them and liked them all. In the end, I bought a black gore-Tex one.

My husband and I had a awful experience. I called the store to put a jacket on hold but once my husband arrived there, no one knew about it. What's worst the people working there just left him there waiting, a guy even asked him what he needed and then just left him waiting and did not get back to him. Only after my husband insisted several times despite their lack of service that the manager finally found it.
Please review your on hold process, it was a very dissapointing experience.

Ideally located at Chadstone Shopping centre, Kathmandu offers a broad variety of clothing specifically made and designed for outdoor adventures, camping or travel.
Considering the high quality of goods, prices are reasonable.
The Staff are friendly and open to provide appropriate information to customers in regards to goods on sale.

Great experience here today buying some hiking boots. The man who helped me was absolutely delightful - informative, friendly and funny. I usually find Kathmandu service to be pretty lacklustre, but this guy was awesome.

Visited the stripe on Wednesday afternoon. The shop was busy and so were the staff. Items are on sale but doesn't have the sizes I want. I turned to online store and surprised to find it being cheaper than the price in the store. I ordered online and it came with free delivery.

Customer service was the worst! The Manager was rude and not accommodating, never going here ever again!

Good store with a good range of jackets, vests, etc. Good customer service too. Lots of different sizes offered and pricing is pretty good too for the quality one gets from their items. Definitely recommended.

Online it says opens at 9 AM but actual opening time of the shop is 10 AM. Had to wait 1 hour because of that.

I bought Jacket for 159$, but online price was 149$.

Very expensive, i check out their range and prices and shopped else where, much to over priced for me.

Ryan at Chadstone store was amazing. Excellent customer service, informative and very patient. One of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had!

The manager of this store is fantastic. Replaced my Raven 200 head torch which I purchased in another store in 2016, but recently experienced a problem with the head piece attachment. I will be buying all my future Katmandu items from this store in the future. The manager made my year.

Very small store, not much varieties compared to their other store in fountain gate, Moorabbin. Very good price on winter sale! Value for money.
Customer service was just alright, not friendly or helpful.
