Kathmandu Blackburn

I have done three click and collect orders now from the Blackburn store. I cannot speak more highly of their customer service.
They’ve changed over my lid on my large water bottle after I smashed it the very first trip to work
Just the other day I had my preschool grandkids in the car and called the store and they kindly brought my order out.

Small things like this make me want to shop again at this store!

This is a well stocked and neat retail store with a wide variety of clothing and accessories for the outdoors.

Blackburn Kathmandu have friendly staff. I bought two items from Doncaster Westfield shopping centre and staff there refused to exchange them a day after purchasing, giving nonsense excuses! Angela in Blackburn Kathmandu was lovely and very helpful with the exchange of the items.

Friendly staff, only went there for a members special and there was 0 upselling. Had a nice chat after the transaction, highly recommend this store

One of the best Kathmandu shop in Melbourne, nice decorative and clean, nice stuff. You can find the newest Kathmandu products there that can't find in other stores.

I did lots shopping in 2019 and I still remember got heavy discount lots of collection with lot of space but now a days it's very quite.

To be honest expected trouble when I waltzed in wearing a North Face Jacket, lol. The staff were super helpful and friendly, very impressed left with a smile. So pleased I didn't do an online shop. The clothes are expensive but there are some reasonable priced items too. Nice work guys

Staff helped me out heaps with my hiking boots, rang all over Melbourne to find a pair in my size. Won’t forget that service and will be back next time I wanna splurge on something from Kathmandu cheers xo

Easy parking and access to the store.
The staff were helpful, attentive, and the store well set out. A good size range were on the racks as well, all in order I noticed.

Great range with friendly staff. Even better when the sales are on. I've shopped here for many years, and will continue to do so.

This is a large Kathmandu store, so it's really easy to see all of the lines and make comparisons. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is usually fine.

We visited here the same day as 2 direct competitors within a short drive. Very heavy on apparel, light on gear. Prices are through the roof. We didn't stay long.

Big range of clothes and accessories.
When they have sales on, the items are the best.
Nice people work here too. Will be shopping for outdoor
clothes here moving forward.

Things can get quite expensive in here unless, you manage to find something marked down on clearance.
But overall, the store is big enough for more options.
