A well designed store with good use of retail space. Staff were knowledgeable. A good range of clothing, equipment and accessories. Competitively priced.

The staff in Bendigo are horrible went in there they never said a word all they were talking about is what they were having for lunch. So rude that they didn’t ask if we needed help considering everything is like $500

This store has failed to hire bad staff. Every time I walk in, buy or no buy, they are always happy to help, happy to chat, knowledgeable.the whole package! There's nothing to talk about brand quality; you buy something, you use it for 5-7 years. Again, love the store!

They weren't happy unless I was and if something didn't suit me they said so. Another salesperson remembered me from the last time I was there. Everyone is so down to earth.

I had never shopped at the Bendigo store before, but my first experience was a positive one. Joerg was such a lovely and helpful assistant, he went above and beyond to make sure I was receiving the best service. I’d found a jacket online but they didn’t have my size, Joerg gave me options in store but there was still no stock in my size or colour. He checked the warehouse and others stores so that I could order directly there and then. Once he had ordered my jacket, I said I still wasn’t sure if it was the correct size and he assured me that when the item arrived, I could swap it or order again. He did all this with such ease and a smile on his face, which made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks Joerg, keep up the good work!

No customer service at all. At least a basic greeting on arrival. Staff dont move from register. Improvement needed.

Joerg was so good helping myself and my fiancé find everything we needed for an overseas trip. Great product knowledge and just a super friendly dude. I’m not really someone that needs high end customer service in a store, but this was a great experience and makes me wanna spend more money in that shop in the future.

It really is a lovely shop but my go to pants that I have been wearing for years have changed in style and there awful. Not everyone loves skinny leg pants. I left and bought nothing, so disappointed.

The store is nicely set out. Sales Assistance are there if needed. Purchased one Christmas gift for The Family 'A Game' then returned the following day and purchased 2 more games for The Family. 3 Families have Good Quality interactive games to enjoy over Christmas and beyond. What FANTASTIC GIFTS. And of Excellent Quality for many years to ENJOY each other's company and friends too. Staff are Really Great too! Going beyond point of sale.pleasure to be in the Store.

Strangely adored by KARENS of bendigo, will most likely be wearing a jacket while asking for the manager and complaining about china, doesn't realize they are wearing an overpriced product from china, karens unite

This review is for the online shopping experience not the Bendigo store. I was sent the wrong item (it was labelled incorrectly) and the only way to contact was through email as the phone and chat etc were shutdown due to covid. After nearly 2 months I am still yet to receive a response despite sending multiple emails to two different emails that were supposedly being monitored. This is not how you treat customers. I see the phone, etc are now back up so I will try this. As a mostly online shopper, this experience is not good enough and I will be closing my account and shopping elsewhere once the matter is resolved.

Great quality clothing, TERRIBLE customer service from the middle aged blonde woman. Eye rolling and snickering comments about my choice in items not to mention smart comments when I stated where I would be using such items. I will not be returning to the Bendigo store. Complaint made in store too.

Bought winter coats at their sale. Good value at sale prices, otherwise store is over priced. Staff are friendly, but always trying to up-sell. This is off putting.

The two ladies that served me on Easter Sunday were wonderful. Thank you for providing great customer service on a day that almost everyone has the day off, and yet these two were full of energy and life. Thank you for being part of my wonderful Easter!

I haven't had a bad experience with Kathmandu ever since I started coming to the store for my high school hiking trip in 2009. The diverse range of products suits any type of person at any age or fitness level. They even stock supportive items for orthotics! All you have to do is ask and they'll help you out. I recommend joining the Summit club. It's free, you get early notices on sales and the club gets you discounts on already reduced items (as well as some neat discounts on special occasions like your birthday). Come in and ask the friendly staff about their many travel products. If they don't have it, they'll happily offer alternatives that are just as good or even better than the original.

Fantastic, Staff was the most helpful of any store I've shopped in. No pouncing on you as soon as you walk in the Door. The Price's, especially during the Sale are unbelievable. Definitely worth your time and money
