Highly recommend!

Great but inconsistent. Desserts are of great variety but generally the quality is a luck-based. Overall, reasonable value for money. Fantastic for gatherings. Outdoor seating is an option in good weather. Would recommend their booza baklava, cheese kunfah, and coffee.

Big variety of options, for the best Lebanese sweets and cocktails highly recommended very friendly staff owners are very welcoming and friendly reminded us of back home

I don’t recommend this place at all, the staff don’t know English at all, for sure they employ people with no experience so they can pay them less money, also there is a hijabi woman works there I think she has got mental issues, I saw her being rude and aggressive to customers, this place was way better before, I hope they close it soon

Beautiful place and delicious sweets.
However, UBER prices are not reasonable comparing to the actual menu.

And the staff set up the tables so quickly and helpful with a smile all afternoon catering to us.
Honestly a lovely gathering here,
Everyone was so helpful and kind serving us.
Plates are delicious, good portions, fresh and designed beautifully.
Can’t wait to return

I love this place! They have the best baklava and halva in town, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The shop is cozy and inviting, and they always have some nice music playing in the background. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes they run out of my favorite flavors, and I have to settle for something else. But that's a minor issue, really. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Lebanese sweets or wants to try something new and delicious.

Number of times we had the opportunity to try this place even we drive for an hour, sweets very nice, prices all over place, service every time is different, not going to state any of the negatives experiences, But just a little advice from older self employed person, There’s 3 Elements must have for success in the business,
1 - the products
2- the service
3- the price
without them you can’t last because one day you’ll have a competitor will do just that, Good Luck

I bought a cake yesterday night. It is not fresh. When I returned that the next day, they said that they can't take it back. I told them to check that and they didn't try that. I have given it to them. Let them eat. Worst customer service ever.

The ladies who work in this shop are rude and don't behave properly with customers, every time I went there, they behaved like this, and my worst experience was on my birthday, we had taken a cake with us and wanted to order Shisha and tea.but the lady who worked there said that you can't have your cake here, so we accepted, We said ok, so let us take a photo with it, she said (no! It is not good for our customers to bring this cake inside, you have to put it in your car). We accepted again! And we wanted order but the lady said (I can't take yout orders until your cake is here) we accepted again! And one of us was going with the cake that put in car, than after a few seconds the lady said that (we don't have the capacity for you and we are full!), this behavior of the lady made us very upset, she behaved rudely,
According to my experience that we have had birthday parties in many restaurants and cafes, such a this problem has never happened. I feel that the lady behaved in a racist manner.

Very disappointed and angry to see tables, chairs and flower pots set up outside in a disabled carpark! When I spoke to the owners, she replied with the carpark is privately owned and the owner has permission from the council, sounds like garbage to me! Also said there are some disabled spots down the back (hmm right away from the entrance to the restaurants!). Would not support this business at all. See attached photos!

Went for sweets and coffee with the family today and had a lovely experience from entering the cafe. The variety of sweets and desserts is huge and of high quality! We ordered an array of biscuits, baklava, sweets, Nutella crepes, and cake. All were creatively and beautifully presented- the crepes done so fun and bright for the kids! We loved it! And the young girl who assisted us today- (sorry I didn’t get yr name!) was a gem! She was polite and very patient with us! This is a gem for dessert and coffee in Roxy!

Not sure what the food is like as I'm disabled and can't walk very far, apparently they have permission to install garden beds and seating in the disabled car park at the front of the store. With the only other disabled parking at the back of the carpark it was simply too far away for me to walk in

Another place in Melbourne that you must visit if you like Syrian & Lebanese sweets, very nice

Went to have a coffee and sweets with a friend I invited
What an embarrassment of a business I found a fly in my coffee and I informed the worker she then seemed to not believe me even tho she could clearly see it anyways she replaced the coffee after going to pay for everything she really tried charging us for the 3 coffees instead of 2 even tho I couldn’t even drink the first one then she blamed the menu for being old which doesn’t make any sense absolutely unprofessional disrespectful staff with attitude don’t visit this place it’s absolutely disgusting!

Overpriced, make sure when you buy tannourine water bottle that supposed to be from Lebanon is sealed, as they sold us an unsealed bottle (tap water) for $5 as if we can’t differentiate the taste and we won’t pay attention once it’s opened. Moreover, the staff are not friendly.

The people there were very friendly and they gave us free water.service was truly amazing they made sure we were all right they were extremely polite. Everywhere authentic Lebo sweets kunafa and mafrookeh was great, toilet is clean and they are happy to help.
On top was my review three years ago.
The other day we bought two regular size juices one lemon with mint and watermelon together with a kunafe. The juices were advertised $10 each on their menu but was charged $15. When inquired about the overcharged fees. The staffs told us that they don't have regular size juices as advertised on the menu and the juices are at fix prices $15 each.
This is not honesty and unethical as many other customers put it. As you advertised one price and charges higher or charges extra which happened to me also before.if you have changed your prices why didn't you changed your menu?
Very unhappy with such last experiences and very sorry that I will have to update my review to my recent bad experiences.

I went in with my Guide dog and support worker. At first i was told i could sit down in store but afterwards i was told i couldn't sit inside. I went outside and had everything i ordered. Another manager Huss came to try to rectify this situation. He promised the next time i would come i would be able to sit inside. He offered my guide dog some carrots and offered us some biscuits and was apologetic. As someone with a disability who relies on my guide dog i was dissapointed by my initial treatment. Hoping that next time i will have a more positive experience.

I’m in love with this place! Go there whenever I can. All the middle eastern sweets, the crepes, waffles, cocktails are amazing. Love the atmosphere and the customer service is perfect. All the staff look happy to be there and are always smiling. Def recommend if you want a fun night out with family, friends or even a cute day date! They even have shisha all day in the outside eating area!
