Karting Madness Braybrook reviews
25Shout out to Emma for super friendly and amazing customer service! She seemed to be running the whole place by herself when we got there, and was fantastic with the kids, and making sure the birthday boy felt special. Come for the Amazing and memorable experiences, come back for the great service! Thanks Emma!
Amazing place to be there. A must visit place at least once especially with kids. Affordable and worth the money you spend.
If you are a thrill lover then go during weekends especially afternoon. It will be packed with ppl meaning each race will be fully packed with lots of players add more fun to the experience.
If you scared of fast speed and crowded roads. Try to visit during weekdays mornings you will find little quit. You will be able to enjoy it with piece of mind. Do t forget to take your id which you need to present during registration. At end of the race you can ask the copy of results. Which will show how many laps you did and how much time you took for one lap it will also show your place in the race.
Have fun.
Pretty fun for beginners-intermediate kart riders, card's steering is a bit shaky when going at speed but an overall good experience, staff is friendly
Very fun place the go carts are fast, as advertised we go to do every lap we paid for, unlike some other placed. Great friendly staff. A great selection for the whole family, video games, laser tag, pool tables, a kids play area, and 10 pin bowling. Good value.
Just a shambles. Pinnies barely work, no food in the cafe and the longest sign up process for very expensive go karts - do not come here
I recommend not coming if you don’t wanna spend over $100 and one more thing is that the staff was so rude to me and one even said that l would get banned when l did nothing wrong.
Rudest worst staff
Cars are not in good working order
Definitely not coming back
Also want to add the manager that’s on the karts 21/5 get rid of him
I went in today asking about my cousin’s id being banned and very surprisingly I heard from them that if I put one star review to this karting place according to my experience then i will end up with my id getting banned. And the reason is that if you leave a bad review then they don’t want you to come here back again. (Employee’s says that its the store policy).
My youngest daughter has been twice now and she absolutely loves it, as do I and the rest of the family. All the staff I have dealt with have been incredibly helpful, the centre itself is large, and the track is a good mix of tight turns versus gentler ones where you can really open up on the speed.
There is a registration fee the first time you race here, but it does mean that each time you come back Karting Madness keeps track of every single lap time, and my daughter also received a free second session for her birthday.
Highly recommend Karting Madness if you're after a thrill, or even if you just want to try it out and do some slow laps.
Sweet venue
Excellent customer service
Very friendly staff
Karts rip
Awesome technical track
All round makes for super fun time
Highly recommend
Rude staff on the track and overpriced for what we got, too expensive for too little time, of which half required you to slow due to crashes
Very very disappointed and won't go again. Child had an anxiety attack and couldn't go go karting. Response was " too bad no refund have a credit to come back" umm no it was overwhelming hence the anxiety attack.
The staff here is so rude and racist that they used the kids to get back at us adults. We went to this place for gokarting to celebrate our cousin's 14th birthday and were refused to go kart citing our turban as a reason for prohibiting the entry. We belong to a Sikh family and the turban is a religious symbol for us and we do not part with it. We tried to explain this to the concerned staff in a polite way also telling them that we have been go karting throughout Melbourne without any issues regarding our turban so far. But the staff was rude and were not willing to listen to our explanation. It was a very embarrassing experience, and it was beyond our imagination that such a nice go karting venue has appointed such racist employees who gave us the reason that it’s a company policy. Some of our friends and kids were allowed for go karting but imagine our surprise when we found that we have been banned from the venue citing reckless driving and speeding even though when we were not allowed to drive. It is quite clear here that the staff at that time have misused their authority while banning us citing reasons as reckless driving and speeding. If it is truly a company’s policy as cited by the racist staff, I would myself prefer never to go there.
They deserve it. Banned a 13 year old kid because he came to their store with me. And currently I didn’t like their store policy so I gave them 1 star just not sure what was the kid’s mistake and why his id is ban.
Great place and great memories. Used to be called fun city but since then it has had a major upgrade. Complete arcade and laser games, new bowling alley. Licenced bar and pool tables. Toilets are getting renovated. Arcade is a little expensive, you can easily spend $100 in about 15 minutes: (
They banned my id because I gave them 1 star review. They told me if I change it to 5 stars then only they will unban my id. So, I guess they do deserve 1 star and I am gonna stick with it. Cheers
We had my son's birthday party there and it was a tremendous disappointment for my son and his friends. Understaffed, very disorganized, we had to keep chasing staff to be able to start activities or fix the problems, the laser tag equipment was not working properly (kids gave up on laser tag and ended up playing tiggy instead) and room temperature was super hot (no fans or aircon - and it was a hot day), the bowling machine was not working either (kids could not finish the game), many arcade games had problems (we had to chase staff to check them). In summary, a total rip off. Never more. If you are thinking of hosting a party there, please reconsider to avoid disappointment!
The hubby and I just LOVE bringing the kids here! Staff are so friendly and always bringing the energy to make it a magical experience! 10 Points!
The kids had a lot of fun, safety was pretty good with explanation to kids and looking out for them on the track. The only problem is understaffed, it can take up to 15 minutes to get a drink. Some staff members are rude and other ones were great. It can take a while to check in for the first time but they tell you that you can register online to make it a little faster, so don’t complain as they explain it all. Overall the kids don’t care they have fun. We had problems with lasertag they could have offered a small refund or something. The kids loved go carts. People who complained about the size of the track get a life as the track doesn’t shrink when you get there, I’m sure it’s been the same size for years.
Good, it needs more staff. Each employee was trying to do double the amount of work to keep up with race schedule and demand.
