The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I STRONGLY RECOMMENY ANYYYY OTHER GO KARTING PLACE BUT THIS ONE.

WHEN I TRIED TO TALK TO THE GENERAL MANAGER (AS I HAD TO LEAVE THE PREMISIS AT HOW DISGUSTED I WAS AT BEING TREATED AT, AT THE TIME- AND MY KIDS WHO WERE SOOOO DISAPPOINTED AND EVEN POINTED OUT THE FACT THERE WERE OVER 10 KARTS NOT IN USE AT THE TIME AFTER BEING ABRUPTLYTOLD THERE WERE NO KARTS LEFT) I CALMED DOWN AND CALLED THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO ALSO REFUSED TO PROVIDE HER NAME. This is not customer service and I would rather break my leg then try out this proxy go kart course anyway.

The reception are lovely and the pit crew guy really knew what he was doing. It's a truly an amazing place. Driving the go karts is one of the most fun things I've done in ages! I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun activity. Indoors so protected from the elements.

Great place to take the kids, a little pricey, but great fun. Have been about 4 times so far.

Great place for go karting. Facilities are clean. Staff members are friendly. Safety is their priority and I'm impressed by their safety focus. Great place to have fun with the family and friends.

Very tight track, great for testing your racing line! Easy to book a group session for yourself with up to 12 people. Saw plenty of options for younger kids and tandem carts too!

Really enjoyed our experience, however staff are very quick to use every flag or sign except the ‘blue’ let faster drivers pass flag, then critique you for your driving when getting past.

Exciting karting place in Bayswater. Lots of other games and acivities with cafe. We loved the karting there and will come back again.

Soooo much fun. This is the largest indoor track in the city and the team are great. The karts are pretty quick and the app lets you track your times. Love it!

It's really good fun. Nice length track but 12 minutes goes quick. Pretty much just start getting in the flow so I'd recommend 2 sessions. Will be doing 2 next time.

There are heaps of arcade games to play too, it's a blast

Today had a good run besides the belt shaft come off right on the bend dragged me into the wall and they gave me an other go kart and 4 more laps on my own which gave me better time which I don't know, love the thrill and the entertainment which I had fun. I would love to see the video of me crashing dinted the side wall wheel. That was a strong impact. Want to do it again this was fun would be nice to know what I did on the track was it good or bad so next time I'll do better. I believe if you like to speed do it it here not on the road, the thrill gets to you I was just getting the hang of it too.

Went here for the first time on this Tuesday. Absolutely love this place. Thanks the owner and all the staffs, so supportive and friendly, especially James - staff (idk if i remember correctly:)

Technical coarse decent straight at the back for some speed. Friendly counter crew and boys on the track are a bunch of good blokes. Will be back.

Came here on Saturday night, very underwhelming. The track itself was ok however really exxy for 15 minutes. $110 for 2 people.
To management: we managed to come in for a last minute cancellation and one of your employees aka a “briefing Marshall” who’s job is to literally press play on the safety video was extremely rude and condescending - unnecessarily might I add. If you happen to be reading this - mate there’s no need to lecture us, we’re grown adults. You’re behaving like a little kid having a tantrum crying about being under pressure to explain a few safety rules for 60 seconds because we were a couple of minutes late. Like LOL are you serious? Perhaps you need a therapist and some further training on how to communicate with customers.
Would not come back even if you paid me.

I took my family of four for some Karting fun. The registration process to go Karting takes about 15 minutes. The staff are attentive and friendly. The Karting was fun, but at $225.00 for a family of four to go Karting for just 15 minutes and complete 11 laps is very very pricey. The 15 minutes of Karting really does not justify these prices. Also note that the steering on some karts were very stiff to turn.

Not recommended if your height is above 6ft 2in. You won't fit in the adult karts very well. I'm 6ft 4in and I barely squeezed in.
