When you get the oils it’s not $5.00. It’s actually $14.99. I basically got scammed.and we weren’t allowed returns which is weird in a way. The oils weee covering the actual price. I was actually furious when the lady told me the price but I didn’t want to be rude so I bought it but later on I kept wondering if I should return it. I did and the lady was saying that I cannot return this. I was more furious because of the oils weren’t covering the price and I would’ve returned it. Duh!

Nice shop. Smells nice. However, the customer service isn’t very good. The employees aren’t rude at all. I asked for an item and the lady said she would check out the back. She never ended up doing it. She went over to her coworker and talked the whole time we where there. It was pretty disappointing to say the least. That’s the second time it’s happened to me too. I don’t know if the worker just forgot about me immediately or didn’t want to make any more sales.

Deborah you were absolutely delightful this morning, thankyou for your help in the different misters and advice on the essential oil uses. I know I will enjoy my new rechargeable/Bluetooth with the serenity scent. Amazing service!

Service staff are always polite and friendly, the store is colorful and inviting and the smell of the incense is phenomenal. Every time I visit Fountain Gate, this store is number one on my places to buy from.
