Karma Flooring

One of the best customer service experiences, ever! I cannot thank Frank, Craig and Kieran enough for their advice and support with selecting a floor. I was able to take various samples home to help decide on the type and colour of floor. They were so patient and gave me all the time in the world. I decided on a 9mm hybrid floor and am so happy with the quality, colour and feel under my feet.
Mac, who installed the flooring came highly recommended by Frank and he met all those expectations. Very professional, clean and efficient! Thank you Karma Flooring for such a positive experience!

Craig and Frank are very approachable and helpful. They are professional and knowledgeable about their products. It took my house 2 years to built, they are very patient for me to choose the right colour for my house. They go extra mile to help me and they feel like friends in the end. This is prob an old fashion way of business running, but I enjoy every time I stepped in that store and meet them as you feel like you dealing with people who cares about you and your flooring.

Karma Flooring were nothing but professional when working on my home. I had Craig and Frank doing my timber floor job, and they installed so efficiently. They were able to answer any queries I had and were super personable. A really reliable service that I highly recommend!

I'm doing this review on behalf of my parents.
I don’t really know where to start but this was the worst and most stressful experience ever.
For something they were excited to get, it turned out to be a nightmare.
They had problems from the start of install right through to the end. This job should have taken no more than two days, it ended up taking two weeks.
The installer which karma flooring provided would only work a few hours a day and friends showing up to pay a visit during working hours.
After the first week with a half finished job he told my parents that he would not be coming back to finish the job as karma didn't pay him from a previous job. Not sure what this has to do with us at all but somehow it became a problem my parents had to actively follow up to fix. No urgency was taken at all to find a new and reliable installer and they then had to contact the old installer direct as he didn't want to speak with karma flooring at all.
This dispute should have stayed between karma and the installer
My parents were also offered a promotional gift when choosing Karma flooring which they have never received.
Overall extremely disappointed in the service provided by both Karma flooring and the installer they provided.
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
