Their team is knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my tax needs are met. They have helped me with everything from individual tax returns to providing specific documents I need for a declaration of transport/shipping of my personal household goods to the European Union - Hellenic Government customs department for import tax purposes, as I am currently relocating overseas. My partner and I had a wonderful experience with this business regarding our tax return. After moving states we needed a new accountant and after some excessive research and a few quotes later, Karis Tax was the one that convinced me. Im glad we chose to come here. Staff is very friendly, took a few days to sort out the return but the result was great.

Karis didn't lodge my SCG statements which resulted to interests and admin fees charged by the ATO. They said I should've asked them to take care of it, but how could I have asked them if I didn't know they even existed? They proceeded to tell me to get an internal accountant to take care of it as they were just my "external accountant". Yes.because my 1-person company needs two accountants.

Don't work with Karis. They don't give visibility on how they prepare your statements and bookkeeping, and hellllll they don't even completely tell you what's required so you don't get into trouble with the ATO! My company didn't trade for two months and was kept active because they said I should keep it active - I asked why and they just said to trust them? Wow. Soooo very trustworthy. Take your business who would be completely honest and transparent with you without screwing you over!

Nothing but lies and exaggeration in your response, Wiran. All my personal tax are up to date - you literally just wanted to charge for more things, like how you wanted to charge me $995 for THREE questions I sent you about my taxes - saying it's OK because I can later "claim" it - biggest scam. Quality service seems like a term you like to use without really understanding its true definition.

Absolute cheaters. Charging super high for a basic service. NEWCOMERS DONT INDULGE WITH KARIS TAX. Absolute stealers. Last year charged 450$ and this year tried to rip off by asking for 700$. Once i mentioned i wont continue, reduced to 450$. After this incident, my colleagues recommended a couple of them. Both told it should be a max of 150$ and i ended up going with them.

Karis Tax helped me get through a difficult situation when it came to Tax lodgments. But we eventually figured out a way to solve the problem together. Thanks again
