Would give 5 stars if the car parks were big enough to fit a regular car in. Smallest carparks on earth

Good shopping centre, everything you need is there, fresh fruit& vegie shop was amazing, so much variety, coffee shop was very helpful with suggestions for my friend who has a few dietary requirements.

Karingal Hub has recently undergone a massive refurbishment and is looking great. There are a variety of shops here, I usually attend to go to the cinemas.

Snehal Dave gave me Excellent service while buying my New S9 plus tablet. He go up and beyond although store was super busy. Thank you heaps.keep it up. Best sales person I ever meet in Telco. This is my permanent store now.

This shopping centre is great for food and clothing. Plenty of parking available for all that need to shop there.

Great shopping centre with good variety of stores, gift shops, clothing, food court, close to cinemas. Happy to find a City Chic clothing store here also.

With the new changes to the centre I really do like this. The food court isnt big but the store in there have not much junk style food and more decent stuff somewhat healthier. Supermarket end I think k is fantastic aldi, coles and Woolworth and near each other competing for you business is great and also a nice fruit and veg zone too!

Karingal Hub has come such a long way I am very impressed. I love how all the major supermarkets are close to each other and you don't need to trek miles to visit each of them.

Been to shopping centre 4 times in last 2 weeks as only new to area!
Supermarket / Fresh food area is good & spacious.
Variety of other shops was ok - don't really need 3 nail shops & 3 massage shops - a Payless shoes, Strand Bags & music shop would be good.
Apparently food court has been open 12months but not much variety & overpriced food!
Car parks seem narrow, amenities near food court hadn't been attended to for awhile - cubicles are small & toilet roll dispensers are too low.
Centre Management office has been unattended everytime.
Area heading toward Big W is dark & unwelcoming.

Centre advertised Christmas trading hours until 10pm from 18th December - went just before 7pm on the 19th & most shops including Big W were closed - a wasted trip.

All the above mentioned could be overlooked to entice me back but it was my family's experience on Christmas Eve that has completely turned me off this centre & it's to do with centre staff.
Firstly my son dropped his milkshake, so my husband went in search of a cleaner. Almost 1/2hr later he returned with grumpy security as no cleaner could be found anywhere. Security called for a cleaner on radio & when she finally arrived, was so rude.
We then witnessed disgusting behaviour by a lady from Centre Management whilst getting some gifts wrapped by charity volunteers who were run off their feet. Not only did this woman speak to one of the lovely ladies in an aggressive manner about cleanliness of area, she did it in front of customers. Volunteer was trying to explain that no cleaner had stopped by to offer to empty the bins - given the experience we had with a cleaning issue a short while beforehand I believed this to be true!
Very POOR form by centre staff especially at Christmas.

Really pleasant experience and a lovely shopping centre to visit. Everything you need under one roof in a compact and easy to manage layout. Very clean and security guards are super helpful and polite if you are needing directions!

We have seen all the improvements made to Karingal Hub: OH BOY! IT IS A TOTAL BEAUTY! Great parking facilities and, a variety of shops that meet the criteria of the most demanding and discerning customer. Happy we are to be living a stone awawy from beautiful Karingal Hub. Well done!

This shopping complex is huge, A long time since I've been here. Has everything you could be looking for

People not socially distancing or wearing face masks. Food court is average, with very few choices and half closed.

A very good experience from the parking to the inside of the centre. All new shops and supermarkets a huge variety and alternative to the big Westfield's.

Please starting to look good with all the renovation they did. Downside is the food court which does have much food choice.

Very impressive place these days.
The standout store is definitely MarketPlace Fresh. This store is a treasure trove for a huge range of Asian foods.
There are also all of the other big supermarkets as well as lots of specialty stores.

Love the new renovation lots of new shops. Coles, Aldi, woollies, backers delight 2 donut shops, butcher, bottle shop all in one spot cant go wrong except for the donuts I grab on the way out after my shop.

Not as good as it's been made out to be maybe better than it was but seems small and weirdly placed

Years from l had been here. Now a renovation has taken place, it is vibrant and a lovely place to visit. Big W was my drawcard, TJMax and the new Bonds outlet.

Went to jade garden worse food ever from any where so unedable really would not buy again should have stuck to want I know and love sushi sushi
