Kaplan Professional hosted the 2022 Graduation Ceremony in May 2023. It was a very well organized event. The Ceremony was held professionally with a quality guest speaker towards the end.

Horrible customer service. They took my money, didn’t offer a service and didn’t refund the money they promised. I’ve been waiting for 4 months. They don’t respond my emails, and when they do - they apologise saying someone else was mishandling it. Very unhappy with their customer service. They just don’t care enough I guess.

Staff is rude. If you want to cancel your course, even never started, they will charge you 100 dollar admin fee.

Very friendly and professional staff. Good content and made the journey back into study as easy as possible.

Having to juggle running a business full time with post grad studies was made possible with Kaplan. I am very grateful to their flexibility, advice, coaching, very up to date study topics and value for money.

Very professional organisation. They have provided great support during this pandemic time. Also it has been easy to navigate their online systems and go through the study material.

Kaplan promotes themselves as the study and training barometer of choice for the Financial Services industry, in particular the FASEA examination. However their sample exams and questions (under their costly training program) was poles apart from what was asked on the actual exam. Their training was a waste of time and money. Very poor. I've since moved to a difference education provider.

What I just completed was a 'double bunger' Kaplan Professional course - two big law subjects in one - Commercial Law and Taxation Law. Two separate exams. One that covered the first six sessions, one that covered all twelve. The notes weren't always perfect or properly proof read so some mistakes of calculations and concepts were definitely evident and confusing, but that said, apart from looking up the actual legislation and studying the cases referred to, they were definitively our best and most helpful resource. Logically laid out, so we could focus on the most important aspects of each subject for our particular segment of the financial services industry, the notes guided our studies well and definitely improved detailed knowledge of the legislation that underpins a good part of the work we do. Tutors online posts and patient answers to some sometimes unusual questions were a significant part of the courses' core content and guidance for study, and they left enough 'hints' as to what needed to be focused on for study for each week's content, as building blocks towards the exams.

Like! Assignments with clear guides on marking criteria and the practice exams are useful. Room to improve on responsiveness on our questions to tutor. Can we have one to one student and tutor communication instead of the Forum? Too many emails from Forum to catch up with.

It is an old argument, whether experience or education is more important. The answer is - both are. After 10 years of experience in advice industry I found a lot of value in studying Ethics and Professionalism course through Kaplan Professional. Kaplan have been a reliable education provider for the last 8 years, providing professional service, reliable expertise and recognised standing in financial services industry. Kaplan ar great place to do remote learing. Very professional and helpful especially in these trying times.

I'm completing my Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning through Kaplan while working full time and looking after a family. Kaplan have been very supportive with my studies and the staff are always kind and helpful, especially during the early uncertain covid-19 period when my last subject's final exam was interrupted. They were quick in implementing a proctored online exam to support students complete their subject.

Kaplan Professional is an absolute scam. PLESE DO NOT REGISTER OR STUDYE ANY COURSE THROUGH THEM.

I have registered in Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage brooking, completed all my assignments on time and submitted. The assessor marked and suggested that I have to make some changes, and resubmit.

When I was about to resubmit my assignments, Kaplan demanded that I to pay $300 for resubmission.

Worst school worst customer service! Don't ever go!
I did the wrong course from their course adviser who told me it is satisfied for Tax practitioner Board.in the end, it turns out there is another unit with different subject code but EXACTLY same unit name from their school that is qualified! So i waste $500 dollars and 2 months time on the useless unit that got the right name but wrong subject code! I called the customer team there is a man told me 'it is student's responsibility to choose the right subject, there is nothing they can do'. Very good response! So why do you hire course adviser? The worst is i waste 4 months time now i have to go to another provider to do the same subject AGAIN! Otherwise i already got my licence NOW!

I am studying after a long while - 49 now. I was disappointed with the first assignment because I failed it. I complained. However, I got good advice and support from student advisers. I have enjoyed my studies ever since. I won't stop. When I read my first assignment now, I understood why I failed. I received 10% for it. However, if I was correcting this assignment now, I would give myself 0%. I have learned a lot and still on the road for more. Thank you Kaplan. The future of Kaplan should be to link students to established businesses or provide more opportunities for networking. That would help especially mature students.my name is Marie Agathe

Go study with one of the smaller training facilities than this money making disaster of a company.

Can't even reissue my SMSF certificate which I completed over a year ago. Apparently I haven't completed the entry requirements. What idiots how would I have not completed this if you have already issued me my certificate in the past.

Manager can't even call me back on the same day. I've been waiting over a week with no result.

I will never study with Kaplan again after this admin disaster.

FAIL. Kaplan need to improve their course structure, material and support to develop people instead of just their profit margin.
Reading the course forums you will find countless students frustrated by what can only be described as appalling and outright greedy behaviour. This includes (but is not limited to) confusing and often outdated course content, poorly structured assessments & marking designed to fail students to gain further fees.

Money making machine i realised where other insitutes gave 12 months for my course these guys wanted another $200 to extend 8 weeks after 6 months. RIP OFF.
