Kangan Institute

I highly recommend every kangan institute, but Richmond's institute is one of the best, with its environment, multicultural, tbh words aren't enough to decribe it, getting them rewards every year is not enough, I really appreciate everything and everyone, specially ms.hilda:)

From what I've heard is that I thought that this place had closed down here but no it has been merely "modernized" with it's old architecture as well? ! This place used to be called Kangan "Batman" Tafe? ! Not sure of that meaning behind there but it's gone now. I used to roll around here sporadically from 1999 to 2007 due to dubious government incentives here. When I was here the place was quite quiet and deserted but that's probably changed now, however they always made me feel welcome the times I was in and out of here. They had a great cafeteria as well with good prices via food stuffs. Bear in mind my review is based on the old system/buildings from the late 90's into the early/mid 2000's but I feel my review is still relevant here even though it's all most likely has changed a lot from back then though. I hope better things for this place and I hope it continues to survive because for a while it'd seemed it wouldn't cheers.

The students here were so amazing but the teachers are very unprofessional are not supportive and will be so nice and tell you your work is amazing but be so negative infront of when you have clients and try to fail you on purpose and lose your assignemnets constantly and only solution was to retake the course next year and pay another $6000 they are just money hungry and do not care about there students but thankfully i passed and got out of there dont come here if you are looking to do beauty!

It’s the worst place for study, the teachers.they just want to kill the time till tafe finish, they put you in endless paperwork.that was none sense ever.

WORST PLACE TO STUDY AT! Julie from the Hairdressing department is a money hungry witch From scamming to pestering all the students that study there, she is highly incompetent and unpleasant! I recommend everyone to study at a different institute with more professional, consistent staff members

It's not the best in all honesty, coming from someone who did vcal intermediate there. From my experience the teachers I had were VERY unprofessional. One barely attended. Tasks given out were scrapped on some occasions and the work quality given out was very dull. Was a real drag for people who were passionate for their education. The people who attend are generally quite nice on the bright side.

Kangan has a good reputation and offers a range of courses and is a good option for articulating into a university bachelor degree
