Kallista Organic Market reviews
13 So happy to find you Kallista Organic Market. Strange being in Dandenong Ranges finding so few organic veggie options until I found you! Thank you
- I left the city where I could always access organic veggies after32yrs! So strange organic veggies in city whilst hard to find in Dandenong Ranges?
A big roomy shop with plenty of space to move around, and a really good range of products. Fruit and veggies looked to be of good quality and fresh. Produce prices weren't too bad, prices of other products were comparable with other organic/ health food type stores. Hills people are fortunate to have access to this store. I marked down a star as the shop assistant who served me spoke across the room to the staff on another register while she was serving me (topic not related to my purchase) which I found a bit rude, and it wouldn't hurt to make eye contact and say thank you either.
Good range of veggies and generally very fresh. Top range of spud varieties. Prices are better than some organic places down the mountain. Friendly staff and good service.
Absolutely love my local organic shop! The nicest people, and delicious fresh produce. There are always some bangers on the playlist to keep you grooving too
We are new to the area and found a perfect place. Lots of variety with fresh produce and they try to have many other things along what make it a complete store. Very helpful owner/staff.
Love Kallista Organic Market. Such a great family vibe, unique craft stalls, drum circles and a great place for a catch up and a cuppa!
A very unsafe place to shop. There were apparently able bodied people shopping together contrary to the Stage 4 lockdown, and not wearing masks or face coverings. The two staff members were ignoring them, and one of the staff members wasn't wearing a mask with a scarf only covering her mouth but not her nose. I won't be going back.

Lovely place, hidden out of sight. Great selection and range of organic and ethical foods there. There is heaps to choose from and the produce is of great quality. I'm especially happy they have meat and diary products there too. As it too often health food stores seem to cater to vegans only
Good range of fruit & veg, but prices too high e.g. Some greens can be 30-40% more than other organic suppliers down the mountain. Sometimes produce doesn't seem very fresh, but is still being sold e.g. Limp broccoli (a dead giveaway). Used to be of a higher standard and more reasonable prices. Perhaps management has changed at some point.
Organic fruit and vegetables of quite good quality. Some packaged such as nuts. Small and almost leisurely. No large crowd assll
A wonderful store to purchase fruit and veg, always happy to serve you and the prices are very reasonable. They do have a selection of meats also which is great.
Fantastic selection in a beautiful location. Sometimes I grab my backpack and walk through the sherbrooke forest to get there. Fresh forest air and good food. Your body will love you.
