Your store appears to stock calenders from the outside, but has no calenders when you get inside. You stock soap and wallets before calenders in a CRAFT store.

Lots of crafty things to tempt you. Heaps of stuff for creative kiddies. Unfortunately didn't have what I wanted.

I got a birthday gift, and I tried to exchange it for another thing that I would like, but the staff said I needed the invoice to do it. So my point is I didn't buy it, so how can I have an invoice? Also, the tag was on, and for sure, and I didn't use it.

Very well set out store with all the merchandise being unique to them. Big shop. Lovely staff. All sorts of nicknacks and gifts. Nice shop.

Discovered this shop by going to Burwood shopping plaza for something else. Beautiful gifts at reasonable prices. Purchased a couple of calendars for Christmas presents and and some other small gifts.

Lots of nice gifts, crafts, baby paraphernalia. It's my go to place for gift cards too. My only gripe is the extremely strong smell of scented candles etc gives me a headache.

Beware of their promotions! I pickup a notebook on right side of the store where someone left it there and the stationery section is on the left. The have 30% off promotion signs everywhere including specifically stationeries. When check out I was charged full price, I ask the shop assistant she said discount doesn’t apply because I pickup from the non discount section. When I proof to her the same notebook is stocked in the stationery section she then said it applies to specific items only. There is no signage around the store to show which items attracts discount and the only way is to ask the shop assistant.

I love this place so so much! Everything there is so pretty Im in love with my new 2022 pocket diary! Keeps me so on track with everything. Its the perfect size for me to keep and use. Its a mini journal for work/fitness schedule, calculating and budgting, writing thoughts down while on the go and many more things.

A very nice store. Having a large selection of non expensive crafting gears. Will definitely visit again.

I was at Kaiser Kraft (Burwood one) today buying a present for a friend. The lady at the counter was absolutely amazing. She went out of the way to help me choose a present. Also, she was great to chat with. Shopping there was pure joy. I wish I found this place earlier.

Such lovely Staff and they were so helpful even on a Friday night when it is a long day.
I was pleased with the craft items I purchased as they were cheaper than an online purchase would have been.

Some really great stuff but a lot of the art supplies are overpriced considering you can get the same stuff at a $2 shop.

Good customer service. Collection here is amazing. So if you are a craft lover, this is your place.

Great when sale prices are on. Would love to see an even further expanded bullet journalling range.

The older lady working there is rude and condescending, maybe stick her out the back to do stocktake. The younger staff are always helpful and friendly.

The working staff got a pretty disturbing attitude. I was looking for a pretty hand towel with stuffed toys on the top to decorate my washroom, before I have my chance to demonstrate my full enquiry, the blond girl who works there firstly pretend she didn’t hear my “excuse me”, and then just throw me the glance and literally said: “we don’t sell cleaning stuff, go coles. ”

Well I understand it’s not a pretty timing to be Asian, but I do feel be offended to some scale. Shame on you.

Not happy with my purchase n i dont think the stuff did her best to help me with it. Not happy. But i like this shop for what it sells.
