7 This has to be one of the most beautifully engineered coffee machines I have ever seen, which also happens to be almost maintenance free.
Once you have mastered the grind and portafilter preparation you are good to go for that professional shot that everybody so desires.
Coffee flavours are definitely some of the best I have ever been able to achieve. I also own a very nice Bezzera Mitica espresso machine which is really good at making perfect shots, however the Little Guy is a much better choice when it comes to flavour extractions. We only use fresh light roasted Jamaica Blue Mountain beans which when done through the Little Guy comes out absolutely perfect.
The only tiny negative I have is… it needs an insulated steam arm/wand as the little neoprene protector that comes with is not enough to stop you getting burned when doing the milk.
Bought their sampler pack of Southern, Northern, Eastern and Decaf nespresso compatible pods. Every now and then their pods would break up or explode inside my Nespresso coffee machine causing alot of mess inside which I would have to thoroughly clean and descale my machine. Out of the 150 odd pods, every 10-15 would have a problem. When I switch back to my Nespresso pods I never have any issues and I usually have 2-3 cups double shot of coffee everyday. The flavours are somewhat ok, but not as strong as others I've tried. I am considering never to buy the pods from Kaffeina again.
Had a problem with the machine which was not their fault. The response and back up was fantastic. All resolved within 24hours. Totally customer focused. Highly recommended.
Avoid. Sold me a faulty machine (not their fault), refused to refund and were unable to fix although they said they did. Manager Peter rude and arrogant. Exceptionally poor experience. Go Lavazza instead.

I recently purchased the incorrect pods and the refund process was super easy and I received a refund within a day.
