Very easy to get a quote and fast turnaround on the order. Rang for some advice on materials and the response was very friendly and informative. However, the free samples I was promised if I placed an order never eventuated, so disappointed about that and not a five for that reason.

Ali from Kad 3D provided great customer supports, the 3D print parts are in high quality.
The initial post got delayed by Aus Post and while waiting for the Post to resolve the issue, Ali offered to re-print and send in express post to meet our project schedule.
Highly recommand their services.

This was my first time printing in 3D and the staff were very helpful (especially Ali). I had a very complex model and even though some issues were present they helped me sort them out and they even did extra work to get it printed. Their prices are good and their customer service is outstanding!

The instant quoting tool was excellent. Having made my choices, I uploaded my models and placed an order. From discovering the site to placing the order was just minutes. Then I was keep up to date with progress as it happened and received the well made parts several days later! Highly recommended!

My order was caught up in a perfect storm of bad-timing events.
There were fabrication delays due to print warps (understandable given my print's geometry), which were exacerbated by public holidays.
Upon postage, my order was lost and arrived a week late. I received another person's order by mistake before my own order turned up. It turns out duplicate postal stickers were printed.

Whilst all of this is bound to happen in this covid environment, what was frustrating was having to ring up directly for any sort of update once it became clear that a particular step was overdue. I rang twice to inquire about the print progression once it had passed the estimated fabrication time, and a third time to inquire about the arrival of my package.

What was good was that once I got in touch with Jeremy on that third call, he was prompt in getting to a solution: he sorted new packaging labels for the other package which he sent to me, and found that my package was indeed on route to me. He even went so far as to compensate me with a discount code. I can't fault the print quality either, it's terrific.

Once getting in touch with someone, customer service is great. I would strongly recommend that fabrication timelines are updated so that people know where their projects are at.

Ordering was simple, the quality of the product was good and as expected and shipping was quick. Very good!

Now it's not every day that we need something 3D printed but when the time came for me, I had to shop around and find the best people who were up to the job as what I required was quite unique and required exquisite attention to detail. After doing my research and reading reviews of all the 3D printing companies around the area, I thought I'd go with this company, Kad 3D.

Well what can I say. Not only did they deliver exactly what I wanted right on time, the whole process with them was easy and straightforward. These young chaps had great customer service and were very helpful with recommending the right material, shape, parts etc. I will definitely be returning here to print some more parts.

High quality product and simple to use web interface. Simply upload your 3D design and you're well on your way. Got an extra print and some gummy bears as a bonus! I even received a student discount without needing to ask, which wasn't something I was even aware of. I would be happy to recommend and use their services again!
