5 Bad customer service and not happy with their services at all.
I bought few scissors from their website and I have not received anything yet it’s been over a month since I have purchased them!
Sent them several emails but nothing from them yet.
Very frustrating customer care and disappointing.
Ordered scissors for my sister, the photo looked like a shiny gold metal, what arrived was a metal painted gold with chips missing from it. Very cheap looking. Sent multiple emails with photos requesting a refund and received no reply.
Purchased thinking scissors…very happy with their performance for such a good deal…Tony
