I have bought a few pieces from Juyeon over the years and love every single piece. The colours are incredible and the artistry is impeccable. The service I receive is always so lovely. I love chatting and hearing about how the art is made. Will be a repeat customer. I always buy to gift to my friend but always end up keeping them. I’m getting a baby pink lamp next.

First time customer of this business
I received a vase and straight away noticed it was sweating moisture from the base creating water stains on my furniture and informed her of this and was offered a refund then after further communication and clarification, was again offered a refund or another option of a smaller replacement piece. After sending photos at her request and much back & forth she suddenly became hostile and rescinded the offer of a refund altogether saying I had to return the vase. She continued to reject all of my offers and suggestions and insulted me personally along with accusing me of "stealing" when I said I would contact my bank. Not really sure what her issue is or why she backtracked on her original offer, needless to say this has been a very strange, unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
