Just Threading

The girl name bharti doesnot what she is doing, I was there for eyebrow threading and had the worst experience.please this is for the owner, she really doesnot know what is she doing and then says i am experienced.really really disappointed with the outcome.

The lady accidentally threaded a chunk of my other eyebrow but insisted that it's my natural eyebrow shape when I tried to come up with ideas to fix it (so it didn't look ridiculous). She was clearly having a bad day which I empathise with but don't let that reflect in your work.

Went there today to get medium brown henna and threading, Had to scrub my brows with toothbrush right after the service. Received what seemed to be light beige henna, which was applied unevenly and patchy. Very poorly done.

Great experience everytime I come in to this store. Specially today, kajal provided extremely great service and she was very attentive.

Bahti was gave extremely friendly customer service and made the threading process practically painless!

Would not recommend. They do not care how painful it is nor do they give you a chance to react to the pain, they keep going. I’ve done threading millions of times but this by far is the most painful experience I’ve had.

Partner came for a facial. Left with painful and itchy face and skin after the consultant did the treatment extremely roughly against her wishes.

Well I came to do my eyebrows and upper-lips threading.

I am highly disappointed with the service.
The lady (she was wearing yellow tops and blue jeans today) did my eyebrows and upper-lips and she is extremely unprofessional.

I told her or I would say I requested her to careful with my skin as it’s way too sensitive.
Well of course, she didn’t pay attention what I said, cut my skin very badly and was telling me “ you should grab it tightly and it’s sensitive I can see rather than saying sorry”.
I know it’s sensitive and she didn’t even let me grab it when she was doing my left side eyebrows. I was requesting her saying- “ let me hold it but who listen whom”.

And lastly she didn’t even bother to ask me, if I want a receipt. Very disappointing!

First off, they made me wait for 10 minutes. Second off, she was very rude. She started doing my eyebrow threading, experience was terrible. She literally cut off the edge of my right eyebrow and started saying she never touched it. She did my eyebrow in a harsh way, it was so painful. She did not give any shape to my eyebrow. She left more worse than before my eyebrow was done. She did not cleaned it. What she literally did was just used a thread to remove my hair, she did not massage afterwards too. I had to asked for it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to go do your eyebrow threading here at Just threading, Melbourne, central. I spent my $15 for nothing.

I would like to rate my experience 0 with them as I had really Terrible time with them.
First of all they made us wait so long, there was no staff in the reception and after around 20 minutes they came out of the room she asked us to sit down and start the threading before even asking for the shape type and thickness.
Secondly, she did threading within 2 minutes including both side.
When we asked the staff to put some moisture as it was burning the hell out of my friends face, she just laughed and said “do you even need any ointment just for threading “ neither did she cleaned my friends face after finishing the eyebrow threading. She just asked us to pay.
Thirdly, she totally messed my friends eyebrows, we even asked not to touch the end whilst she did the opposite of it.
She was too rude the whole time and before we paid we confronted her about her behaviour and she claimed that we were in rush that’s why she didn’t put any cream or powder before /after threading.

I did my eyebrows threading first time from here. She done amazing job. I am so happy, Surely comeback again. Thanks ️

I told her not to make my eyebrows thinner but she make it so thin and I got so many cuts on my eyelid and it hurts so bad she is so unprofessional. Worst threading experience ever.

Since last year, I've been getting my brows threaded here. Kamal is very efficient and ensures that my brows are even and well-groomed. Her attention to detail is great.
She is very patient and professional, and provides excellent customer service. I am so happy with my eyebrows and highly recommend Kamal.

Got my eye brow threading done here today and had one of the worst experiences ever in my life. The staff have communication problems and don't know what they are doing. Really don't recommend this place to anyone.

Please get better staff or train your staff if you are advertising for eyebrow threading.

Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad experience with my lash lift and tint. I have completed a lash lift at other places previously and my lashes always looked good. However, after having spent $70 for a lash lift and tint at Just Threading, I don't see any results. The lady who did my lash lift was nice but didn't put any effort into the procedure. I wouldn't recommended this service at Just Threading to anyone.

The lady who did my underarms waxing and eyebrow threading was really rude. She was in so much hurry that she actually hurt me while waxing several times. Not only did she not talk to me properly but I came home with bruises on my underarms. And yet there were hair on my underarms that were not removed. I thought of trying Just threading for the first time and I had the worst experience.
Hope they hire better staff soon.

Dismal experience brow threading with this place. I requested for powder on my brow area so it wouldn't tug and cause tiny pimples. The lady put powder on a cotton pad and put it on my eye area and I had to tell her "not there". Had to use a spoolie after to get the residue powder off my lashes. She was also yakking away the whole time with her friend standing over me while not masked. I regretted not leaving then and there.

Do NOT go here. Used to go for threading. Went there today. I ended up looking angry just in time for my holiday.

Never was the friendliest but quality was ok for service. This time I wasn't even greeted at the door, the lady at till just told me to lie down and was about to start threading. I got up and said I wanted a gentle round shape, she said ok ok then proceeded to thread away. When I got up to check left side was significantly more pointy, I asked her to fix it then she ended up making both sides super pointy. I pointed this out and she said my eye brows were naturally pointy. I ended up with pointy, uneven brows but didn't want to let her take any more hair away as it was already beyond repair. She was extremely unkind and was about to argue with me about my OWN brow shape? Will never return again.

Sometimes some of the staff delivers amazing results but recently had a very bad experience repeatedly by same employee, charged $50 for a full face wax and hardly removed anything.
Waste of time and money, I also have noticed the customer service needs to be more customer obsessed and communicate clearly.
