Honestly I don’t normally complain, but I had a really bad experience at this place, I went in to get my lashes done on Friday 25th of August after a long time and I should have known they weren’t gonna be that great when I asked if I can see the difference between the classic, hybrid, and volume, they basically had no photos or any examples, just asked me to have a look at another client who just got her lashes done, which I didn’t mind too much, overall everything was sloppy, the chair was uncomfortable to sit in that position for such a long time, they also did my brow tinting and wax, which I was surprised that they don’t place their hands immediately on the waxed area to minimise the pain and discomfort, they just rip it off and keep going.the worst of all is that my lashes are completely glued together and it’s directly on my skin, they used soo much glue that it feels like a rock and I’ve been in pain since I got them done, my eyelids are swollen and painful to touch, for a couple of days I had blood shot eyes from the irritation of the glue touching inside my eyes. I was looking forward to have my lashes done because I’m going on a holiday trip, but sadly it hasn’t been the best decision, I’m currently waiting for my appointment to get these damn lashes removed, waste of my $185 and waste of my time. I doubt they’ll even do anything about it to fix the issue, such shame.

I had the WORST lash lift and tint of my life at this place this afternoon. All my lashes are glued together and look awful. Paid $75 to have my lashes ruined.

Always i come here at highpoint branch for doing my eyebrow threading. This time i booked my facial a month ago n came in on the day to have it done. The lady who was here doing her shift on 20th dec 4pm was least interested in doing the facial. She said its busy time so can't do proper facial. She was more interested in letting me go than to hold on to the customer. There was no one in the shop other than me at this point. Not sure what she meant by busy day. Expecting lots of walk ins? But not bothered about the client who walked in with booking done one month ago? Seriously.so upset.horrible customer care. Pls either have more staff here in highpoint branch or remove the facial service from ur services. Never will i book nor will recommend anyone for facial here. Peeps! Be mindful before you book your facial here.

Although this place doesnt have great reviews, I thought threading is basic and any parlour can do a fair job but i was so wrong. This place is really bad, they made it completely uneven and shapeless. I will never visit here again.

I went to this place to get my eyebrows threaded which weren't a problem however I Paid $80 for a lash lift and tint and I am sorry but it was the most uncomfortable hour in my life! I have gotten my lashes done before and it has never been a problem but she stung my eyes so much and when they were finished they looked terrible! They are way too over curled and when I asked her why they are so overcurled she said she had done a lash perm when I had asked for a lift. I have been so insecure and uncomfortable for two weeks! And I am unable to get them fixed because I am too scared to lose my lashes. SO BAD!

Got the most uneven lash lift I have ever received here and when I pointed it out to them they lied straight to my face and said they are the exact same. I asked multiple people and they all pointed out the clear difference between my two eyes. The process was quite rough and they did not properly remove the tint so my eyelid was stained. It was my second time here and I also didn’t like the first time I went but because I was in the area I thought I would give it another go (my mistake). So never again, would not recommend for a lash lift service, they might be better in other departments but I will not be testing that out. Not worth $70.

At highpoint- Highly unprofessional, no time management, no respect for others time, heights of rudeness. I asked for waxing and the only female in the shop said waiting time is 20 mins, to which I said okay and waited for actually 40 mins and when my turn came she kind of ignored me and called up the customer who came after me and when she realised I noticed it and approaching her, she said oh yeah your waxing. When went to the waxing room she said I can only do arms waxing, legs I cannot do as ppl are waiting after you, then why on the first place you never mentioned you cannot do waxing and she said I thought you only wanted arms (very conveniently assumed), to which when i replied your customer waiting is not my concern to which she replied back don’t talk to me like that, after making me wait for 40 mins and then very conveniently saying I cannot do wait for another 10 mins (is a proper way to treat a customer) which I’m sure would have been another solid 30 mins wait, as had happened earlier too, wow can’t believe she has the audacity to talk to a customer like that, on top saying as you are regularly coming to us I will do just the arms and you have to wait for legs. So the female remembered that what services I take, as always when I do waxing I do both legs and arms together and 2-3 times the same female has done it, but I guess she was interested in threading only, while I was waiting she was entertaining other customer for threading (to my surprise she asked 2-3 more customer to wait after me for threading even though she knew, I’m waiting for waxing and which is gonna take time and she is all alone) eventually had to walk off the shop without any service, horrible experience. Just threading and staff want to stick to threading only (as earlier also showed tantrums for waxing) seems the review is not that great for your threading too and why don’t you guys remove waxing from your service list and work on your customer service and train you employees how to talk to customer.worst experience.

Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest we can rate. Was charged $25 for the worst beauty service I’ve received in my entire life. I came in for an eyelash extension removal as I was already in the centre. Silly me to assume that removing extensions would be a pretty standard treatment everywhere. $25 was already quite expensive, but I assumed I would be getting decent service.

Technician didn’t even bother to lay down eye patches. She tilted my head back, put some drops on my lashes and made me sit up for 10 minutes with my eyes closed.

What was absolutely mortifying was when I was pushed in front of a hand basin. My head was pushed down so I could wash my face - whilst with my eyes still closed! I asked if I could just get a wet cotton pad and she said no and continued to push my head down into the basin. She then proceeded to take a dry lash brush and ‘brush my lashes’ whilst she scraped the skin underneath it.

Wishing I had spent my $25 on a business that deserved it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Saman was honestly amazing. I told her exactly what i wanted and she provided just that. She was so bubbly and patient with me and even fixed my makeup as it was removed during the brow shaping! Haha absolute angel. Thank you Saman x

I wandered in here over two months ago just out of the blue while waiting for an appointment, and I'm glad I did! After lockdowns my eyebrows were shapeless and all over the place. Saman served me and she was absolutely lovely, really friendly and accommodating. I don't get my eyebrows threaded very much so I don't have high pain tolerance, but Saman threaded it with such care that I hardly felt anything! And afterward the results were amazing, given what she started with! My eyebrows were shaped the best they had ever been and the lotion and massage at the end of the session was a lovely bonus. I don't live close by so unfortunately I doubt I'll be able to come back often, but when I'm in the area, I'll be going back to Saman. Highly recommended!

The worst experience,
Those ladies working there should learn how to treat customers.
I entered the shop and they started laughing never coming back.

Today was my second visit to this place. Seriously, worse customer service. As I walked the girl was sitting on her and I asked for threading. Her response 1st chair, without having any kind of consultation she did my eyebrow. One question, you need to do upperlips? My response NO, her response then you done. After threading, some kind of massage is must not for pleasure but for skin to relax from pulling the hair, but off course she would not care. Oh well you just lost a client forever, not coming back.

Love to go back this place, staff is very friendly, staff Shilpa is expert in her work and deals with customers in a friendly and professional way, highly recommended this place.

Never ever go to this place again. Absolutely bad never recommend this place to anyone. Woman who did my eyebrows didn't ask what shape I wanted or show me what she was going to do. The threading took about 20 seconds and I hadn't had it done all lockdown! I had to point out hairs she had missed. She really didn't want to be at work I believe. I felt the staff were quite dismissive and in a hurry to get you out. She was harsh while removing hair. I had to stop her because it was painful. I went to other places never happened this before. Really bad experience.

I created a new gmail account just so I could post this review. I had the most disgusting and mortifying customer service experience to date with the lady who was working last Thursday afternoon around 3: 45pm.

I am humiliated and upset after the way I was spoken to in front of a number of other customers and am still in disbelief as to how someone can speak to and treat another human being in such a degrading and demeaning manner. After being a loyal customer for a number of years, I will never, ever step foot in this establishment again.

Please invest in basic customer service training and quality assurance for your staff as soon as possible.

When called for booking an appointment the lady working advised only walk ins are accepted and when I walked in, she asked me to wait. I was waiting and the person who came after me was called before me. When asked for reason I was told that the customer who was let in had already “booked in” despite telling me over the phone only “walk ins” are accepted.very ridiculous service. Will never recommend.

Hi, I would like to appreciated the service provided by Just Threading is commendable. From the face cleanup to the brows shape and tinting is just so good that i literally doesn't feel like going and try other new places. It has been 2years I have been going here and i am just so in love with the quality and perfect outcome from the staff.
A special thanks to one of my favourite staff Saman who is just so perfect in brows shaping and everything that i just can't try with someone else. Thanks guys you guys are really good.
