I visited to just threading for waxing and I would say it was such a great service by ‘tanish’. It was a great environment and friendly behaviour.

Loved the service, I got my waxing and eyebrows done from Dolly and she is amazing. She was extremely sweet and patient, will definitely visit again!

DO NOT GO HERE! I was so disappointed. The 1st lady did my facial waxing and HURT me non stop! She had no idea what she was doing. She missed half the hair and was slowly pulling off the wax instead of quickly removing it. She ended up having to go back over the hair as I was not happy! I was supposed to get my eyebrows waxed but I was to terrified to have her and hot was near my eyes. There was wax absolutely everywhere, I got my legs waxed because I was desperate and the girl swore at me in Hindi when I asked her if she would like me to lay on my tummy to make it easier for her! It cost me $90 for a full face wax and half leg! What a joke! DO NOT go here unless you want a bad job, waste of money and extreme pain! If I could give it zero stars I would. Disgusting! I definitely won’t be back!

I have been going here for a couple of years now.
Always been happy, although sometimes i think because i am old and my eyebrows are quite fine they don't really care.
I get my eyebrows threaded and tinted.
I went today and there was no other customers.
The women was on her phone, quickly did my threading and tinting.
The fastest they have ever been done. Then got back on her phone.
When the timer went off she stayed on her phone talking as she wiped the tint off quickly.
Shoved the mirror in my hand while she was still on the phone.
Eyebrows are ok, but not as good as usual.
Stayed on her phone as i was paying.
So rude.

Very unprofessional service. Had an appt for 9am eyelash extensions. Staff arrived 10 minutes late. Was then told by the girl that the person doing the extensions wasnt in the store on said day. No phone call was made to inform me of this. Very disappointed of the lack of care to not only me, but another person who also had an appt.

WOW so shocked! Went for upper lip threading and the girl was sooo rough, I was literally flinching in the seat.
She did not ask me to push out my outside lip or fold down. She then started threading around my bottom lip at which point I pulled away. I have no idea what she was doing!
Im now a few hours after my appointment and it looks l have a coldsore below my bottom lip where she attempted to thread! I will be following this up, absolutely disgusting!

Second time they have completely botched my eyebrows making them super thin when i didn’t ask for it, leaving my skin tender and sensitive with a rash that isn’t going away, not a happy customer at all

Absolutely disappointed. Clearly stated I did not want thin at all, with my natural eyebrows being thick she completely got rid of them and made them super then. Never have I experienced a lady do that to my eyebrows. Can not believe I payed for that, now I have to wait extra long for the thickness. Not going back there ever again.

I have experienced brilliant service by Arsh I was so happy with the results of my lash lift and tint as well as eyebrow threading. Five star from me!

Just threading is always amazing! I get my eyebrows done regularly and when they opened back up post-lockdown their spirits were still high and the ladies are LOVELY.
I am super happy with my eyebrow threading and even received many compliments!

Very poor service, my daughter came there for threading, she was growing from last six months.they removed her all hairs and both ladies have bad behaviours.

The team here at this Just Threading are so very professional and polite. The experience is consistent, love how my eyebrows look after and that has me returning month after month. Inspite of being busy the wait time is not too bad either. Highly recommend them to everyone.
