Purchased a projector as a trial for a specific purpose. Had several emails and calls with Just Projectors who to be fair were very helpful, and well aware it was a trial for a specific purpose. After receiving the projector it did not suit the purpose as ask to return and refund, which was not allowed. This is terrible as they should have advised this from the beginning. Very misleading sales tactics.

I'm located in Canada and needed to find a very specific low profile Epson projector mount for my home theatre. Much to my surprise, this mount is not available through Epson Canada or Epson USA. The part number only exists in Australia for some unusual reason. Never did I imagine that I'd actually be able to source this part, nor did I imagine it would be travelling half way around the world, but when I contacted Chris at Just Projectors and explained my situation, they made the entire process quick and easy. The hassles of payment and international shipping was so smooth and seamless, that I absolutely loved doing business with Chris and the team at Just Projectors. Highly recommended.

One thing that bugs me is a slow or no response to any enquiry. These guys act fast and then got my projector from their shelf and to me in record time. This is my second purchase with them. Highly recommended.so purchase in confidence. Love my new 4K.

I am pretty bad with technology, honestly get a bit lost with all the options and was daunted with the range of projectors out there. I called up for some advice and am very happy to say was steered to a great projector. I have the Optoma HD39 for an outdoor entertainment space and the whole family loves it.

Experience started off well with projector, fixed screen and sound system ordered arriving fast. Then once I found out the screen I ordered was the wrong size and couldn’t be returned it became extremely disappointing. Spent approx $4,000 and I couldn’t return the fixed screen the same day it was opened even though I was willing to pay extra $ to order a larger size. I don’t recommend ordering a fixed screen from here because if it’s the wrong measurements you’ll have to sell it yourself. Extremely poor return policy that doesn’t give confidence in me purchasing from here again.

Had a great experience with these guys! I've never had a projector. I did a lot of research and found these guys during lockdown. I called them during my lunch break from work and had all my questions answered. I ended up purchasing the basic Epson projector and I am truely blown away! I love it! The delivery process was seamless, I don't know how they did it but I got my delivery two days after my order (during lockdown when the post office is all haywire) and got personalised emails from just projectors about the delivery. Happy to recommend these guys and will use them in the future if I ever want to upgrade my projector.

Fantastic! I'm stuck in lockdown and bored to death. Decided to grab a projector and came within a couple days. Wasn't sure about setup so gave them a buz and they took me through it. Now i can sit at home in solitude but not boredom!

5 out of 5 stars. Exception projector with amazing specifications, far beyond what was anticipated. Ordered it in the morning, sent that afternoon and received it the next day, could not ask for a better turn around.

These guys are great, highly recommend. Chris was incredibly helpful and the dispatch and delivery was very fast. Received 10x units in just a few days from point of ordering. High quality products, all working fine upon delivery. Don't let the clunky website put you off, they are legit and can give more info over the phone/ email.

Fast delivery even in the current (August 2021) crazy times and the lamp turned up in Genuine BenQ Packaging, (a lot of these places give you a "Its pretty close mate" lamp at premium price) 10 minutes later, lamp installed and my projector is working like the day I bought it!

Just got a small projector to entertain the kids and on the recommendation i chose the GV1. Was a bit apprehensive as there are so many options out there but this one has done the job perfectly. The little ones are happy, very good experience thank you.

Thank you soooo much! I ordered a home projector from Just Projectors for a present for my grand kids to use in the backyard and rumpus. I emailed asking if there was anyway I would receive before Christmas. I guy called Chris replied replied saying he would upgrade it to express post. Got the delivery the next day, he didn't even charge me anything extra. Great service. You made my Chrissy a little less stressful. I'll be back for a screen once I save up some funds for now the wall will have to do.

Takes a couple of days to get a response out of them, range of products is good and processing/postage is efficient however the 'no returns' policy is a massive turn off. A mainstream electronics/tech store is a safer/better option.
