Lovely experience buying curve jeans at Just Jeans Chadstone. I appreciate the inclusivity of this brand selling a wide range of styles and washes in curve sizes. I really liked the staff telling me their names and being visible and available to help. No judgement - just patient, friendly, efficient service. Highly recommend shopping here for jeans in higher sizes.

I was having trouble processing an online order and called the store to check they had stock. Ellie was so helpful, went and checked stock in the back - and found another store that did have stock when they didn't. Great service!

The most inexperienced customer service ever. I was the most loyal customer at Just Jeans Chadstone but from my experience on 7th of November, Sunday at this store, I will never purchase anything from them ever again. First, when I went this Latina guy who felt like he was really experienced but he wasn’t and gave me wrong size my Jean and I had to find the correct size for myself. Second as the 50% of on second item you purchase, I asked this Latina boy who were working from 10 am that I wanted this discount on one my own preferred jeans (I bought three jeans) because I was not sure about if I wanted to keep one of the jeans. Therefore, when I asked him to give me the discount on one of selected jeans and he refused to do what I asked him to do (said when you refund they automatically refund that item as the undiscounted Jean) I knew there was something wrong about what he said but because after three times that I asked him, he did his own thing so I just have to accept what he was saying. I also live in northern suburbs so I actually can a long way (and wasted my time) for coming to this store (as the only thing about them is that they have variety of jeans available with variety of sizes). This week, I went to Doncaster Just Jeans. Again cam along way. When I tried to refund the Jean that last week I was not sure of whether I should refund it or not, they told me that I won’t be fully refunded as the 50% off was on the first two jeans that was scanned and this Jean was one of them. When I explained my situation and how the Latina boy wanted all my time for him being inexperienced and just being reluctant on what he was saying, they said that I have to fully refund all my items and again once more come to one of Just Jeans stores and waste my time again. Really thank you for your great customer service, I really appreciate it that you waste customer’s time when they are more acknowledgeable that you but your inexperienced staff think that they are not. I usually never share any one my undesirable experiences from different stores however, as I was completely right with the favour I asked the Latina guy but he was just saying his own thing and didn’t listen to me, I really had to share this experience as all of my time was wasted and Just Jeans would not give me any other discount for the mistakes of their staff. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING: (

Couldn't get any help in the change rooms or any decent assistance in this store. Mind you, the store was only opened 15mins and I was the only customer! When I tried to get some help I was spoken to without any care factor. I was in the change room and asked if the jeans came in another size, the female sales person wearing a white levi's t-shirt, said that old line 'all the sizes are already out'. So, after going back and forth (getting dressed each time) out of the change room and back into the store to get another size, she actually had the audacity to come up to me and tell me 'not to bring the jeans out of the change room and return them to the table I had got them from' but put them on the table out the back in the change area! You have got to be kidding me. Disgusting, lazy service. I did purchase the jeans, but will think twice about returning to this store again.

Quite a few options available of popular brands. Didn't find the colour I was looking for but still ended up buying a couple of jeans as there were a few options.
