3Is this store still open? I drove by it yesterday and the window displays were all closed and empty. How about having an up to date website?
From one of the best shops in town, to the worst. I have shopped at Just Jeans for years, the old manager Col was lovley and always accommodating and I always walked out with a smile.
Since the new manager has begun I have not been greeted once with a smile and have felt so intimidated. Not to mention how messy the store now is. I was noticing the other team member trying her hardest to fold and the new manager couldn’t seem to give any care to her store. I am highly disappointed by the customer service from this woman and am regretful to say that they have lost my business. I’ll be back if the manager can change her poor attitude and intimating sales tactics
