8Customer service was poor, the man that was working there was rude to my brother while I was in the changing room. He said to my brother twice “are you gunna buy anything”. I wasn’t even long in the changing room
Came in for some jeans and got a great pair plus AMAZING customer service, the best i’ve ever had. Jess was lovely and helped me find the perfect pair, will be visiting again soon

Pretty much got judged on my sizing when I said I was one size the worker went are you sure? And then went “there are the jeans” and then walked away.

NO STARS Extremely poor customer service had by a young male to the point of INSULT of either I or your company. Completely desperate for a sale but I assume your not commission based or insulting my weight by constantly pushing a sale on me for a dress double my size insinuating it would actually fit to the point I was completely uncomfortable & had to leave.
