Just Jeans

Very happy, I bought a child Jean jacket for my great grandchild, the only one left in his size, at discounted price.

Sales assistant Ruby was immensely polite, professional. Her friendly demeanor made shopping a pleasure. Thank you for your helpful guidance and excellent service.

Clean neat and tidy store.
I only noticed 2 team members whilst I was there.
The range was quite good and overall it was a pleasant atmosphere within the store.
We requested a certain size, but we were not 100% on the sizing we asked for. The size was bought over in a different colour as the one we requested purely because they did not have that colour in that particular size.
Sizing was perfect, and we liked the colour we tried on anyway.
The team member said she could order the correct colour and have it delivered within a week. We were happy with that and purchased the other colour that we tried on. She suggested a junoer to go with the jeans, and that was tried on, and we ended up purchasing that as well.
Overall, a great salesperson we had an enjoyable shopping experience and more than intended clothing purchased, so a win-win for all around us and the store all thanks to the mannerisms of one team member.

Sylvia was the perfect salesperson; warm greeting, gave me some space, helped take clothes off my hand to put in the changeroom which honestly was the only reason i kept shopping and bought more than just the intended tshirt- and topped it off with great up-selling - would never have purchased the jeans if she didn't listen to exactly what I asked for and found me the perfect pair which I bought in two colours. Honestly remarkable service, I will be back.

Staff are always very helpful and patient, they have good recommendations to find the perfect fit. They helped me find great fitting jeans when most places are too tight or skinny leg. I also dropped mum off at the shop so that they did all the work to give her feedback on what jeans wld suit her while I went to look at other shops. Always amazed with their good service.

Great jeans and staff seem to know their stuff. Decent prices too for the quality, especially when they have a 2nd item half price sale.

Staff were super friendly and they listened to what I wanted and helped to guide me towards the most suitable and practical items / Jean styles. Prices are always the best when shopping during sales, which happen pretty regularly. I will definitely be shopping at Just Jeans Fountain Gate in the future!

Silvy helped me at this store, she was incredibly helpful. I am a mum and live in all black leggings and jumpers. I wanted to look nicer and she was able to help me find jeans, tops and jumpers to feel confident in my mum bod. I am grateful for the patience, and quietly excited bubbly person she is, I didn't feel overwhelmed or pushed to buy anything. Thankyou for the great experience x

Popped in to Just Jeans today while shopping at Fountain Gate and I was helped by a very friendly and helpful lady.
She got me to try on a pair of jeans I wasn't looking at purchasing, well once I tried them on I got myself 2 pairs!

The staff here are amazing, they really know their stuff!
Unlike the previous jean stores, l was given quite a few selections of different brands including guess and kelvin klein to try on and each one I received feedback which was very helpful. Left after purchasing not one but Two pairs of jeans! This will be my go to store from now on for jeans.

The store management needs to get the employees some lessons on how to be polite to people in general. Me being a citizen of this country and seeing how the people are being treated because of their religious views is worrying me more than anything. I would not want to give out names but the Employee with the red hair. She needs to be fired or warned for how rude she was with people with other religious views. Extremely unacceptable for her behavior. Would make sure this reaches the management or will use the recording of the employee behavior to take proper action because this needs to stop. Would not want our generations to follow this behavior just like the employee working here. If we don’t correct this, no one will! I hope the person who got racially profiled knows that this minority doing this to her not effect the values and beliefs of the other Australians who believe in the multicultural nation!

I was in the FG store this afternoon for almost 30 minutes and not one sales person approached us to offer assistance. Even when we were trying on items no one came to check on us. When we decided on our purchases the sales person at the counter was chewing bubble gum and they were both engaged in their own conversations.

I have always had body confidence issues, and I was especially struggling today to find some jeans that made me feel confident. When I went into Just Jeans I was greeted by a nice lady that stayed with me and helped me find jeans that made me feel good. The jeans were really good price and good quality and I feel really confident in them. Thank you to that lady, even if she isn't reading this:)

Love the stock they have here & the staff were really fantastic & very helpful. I just with their clothes weren't so expensive.
