I have been buy Just Jeans few times. Staff is friendly very supportive. Refund process was easy. Price was very reasonable
Bought few jeans for work. It was very good quality

Julie was great (deserves a raise). Knew exactly which shorts would fit me perfectly. Better than my online choice.

Would not stop hounding me and just let me browse. I replied multiple times with “no thank you I’m okay just looking”.
So they lost a sale as in the end I put my items back and walked out of the store.

Did no have my sizes in any thing just another business that only provides for magazine people and not the majority

Needed jeans and t's to start a fresh for 2022. Was diligently served by salesperson Codie who was a five star assistant. She helped me with a great knowledge of product and honest advice. Deserves a payrise.

The wonderful sales assistant helped me find the right pairs of jeans for me, including getting other pairs while I was in the change room. She took the time to make sure I got the ones I wanted and was really easy to chat to.

Zero stars. Was looking for a pair of jeans and explained what we were after to a newbie sales assistant. We spent 10 mins standing, staring and walking back and forth with her hoping she would find the jeans I was after. She sought help from a more experienced person, twice! And eventually we got the middle aged blond haired managers' assistance. She was off hand and rude and when the jeans didn't fit perfectly, she told the young assistant to tell us, quote "take it or leave it, and walk away". Really! As a retail customer service consultant, I never would have expected this type of attitude from a retail manager and certainly not in Geelong. I feel sorry for the young assistant as she is being taught badly. So if you are after a pair of jeans, go and try them here and then buy them online. Don't pay for attitude that you don't need or deserve. I will be contacting head office re this also.

Why would you shop anywhere else for Jeans but Just Jeans, The staff are brilliant, So helpful special mention to Julie, Westfield Geelong. Sizing & getting the right cut, they so provide the right advice. That’s why I continue to go back.

They boast about having all sizes, and catering to all body shapes and sizes. No, no they do not. None of the jeans fit me, and the woman I dealt with was not the least bit helpful and when asking for a smaller size was greeted with an eye-roll. Definitely would not come back, EVER.
