Thanks for the team who helps me to find my jeans and pants. Every 5 start hotel should learn from this shop by how they do customer service, and have that great observation with what their customers need. Interact with customers so well which makes me so comfortable to shop there. And the staffs are so patient. Wen there a month ago, Thank you once again for give me such a lovely experience definitely want to shop there again and again.

Was excited to get a new pair of jeans, when i just needed help what type are they and where can i find the rest of the sizes. I approached a guy for help but didnt really wanna serve me, but instead aggressively said "their all here, you cant look anywhere else", and he walked away. After that i went out straight away shaking my head, im better of going to camberwell branch atleast their more friendly

Delighted to be helped by Angel who steered to me to best jeans to suit my needs and was on hand to help and give advice. Made this shopping expedition much easier than I expected. Excellent service - thank you!

Had not been to Just Jeans in over 20 years, and I don't even know why, I just haven't. But last Saturday we were there, and I bought a couple of things. The service was great, some chat, some fun. I'll be back again.

On my visit i found staff was kind of looking tired without any enthusiam to help you to make better choice also they did not suggested if i will buy another pair i will get some discount, also for many of question related with jeans styling their answer was we are not Levi's and we dont have it instead of suggesting you for similer styles from available stock.

It was great. I usually struggle with what to wear and what type of clothes and the cut ans colours. It is simply too much but this girl, Casie (not sure of the spelling), was so knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. I'm definitely coming back.

The staff member that assisted me was absolutely amazing. Not pushy at all, knew my size and helped me out with a new outfit all with ease and grace.

Came into the Melbourne Central store to exchange an online purchase. All the staff were super helpful and friendly but especially Jess who was customer focused, honest and gave good feedback on the fit. Awesome collections and I usually buy things from there because of their quality. Recently, purchased two jeans and four T-shirts. One of them was not my correct fit and I went to exchange it. They didn't allow me first and after contacting their manager I got a correct fit t-shirt giving back the old one. Their service was good to a extent.
