Just Jeans

Not sure of the names of the two staff who helped me today but they were amazing, friendly and informative. Management needs to take them to lunch! It’s unique to find such caring and invested staff in a retail outlet.

Compared to some clothing shops within the DFO, this was well organised to help the customer make his or her choices. More than anything else very impressed with the sales lady, who was helping multiple customers with their selections, and at this time of staff shortages due to Covid. Good experience.

Good variety of styles but you may not always find your size. Staff today (Mothers day 2021) very helpful and sweet so thank you. Please give them both a payrise!

Visited dfo shopping centre with family today on sunday doing some new years shopping.very shocking service by ladies at just jeans.to busy gossiping and talking to each other too even talk to us or serve us and we wanted to buy a lot of clothes for the family.very rude and very horrible service.ladie in green just looked at us and did not even try to help us when my wife was looking for a size she just walks away.did not buy anything and will not return.such bad service its just a mothers club

I went in with my husband to buy jeans today. The sale lady put the hand in his jeans to find size! I felt uncomfortable and I told her I could help him with that. When she heard I said that, she threw a look and acted rude the entire time. She grabbed the jeans straight out of my hands intentionally to make me feel bad.

I will call the corporate office to have her removed. This is an harassment. She is a rude sale person.

She and the other lady were talking at the counter and making fun of me.

This is why people stop coming here. The shop is dead on Saturday.

This will be my last time coming here to shop.

I had a lovely service lady by the name of Ebony today. I feel really out of shape and can't find jeans anywhere. She was amazing! Patience, friendly, great service and ownership of me. She was amazing! Walked out with 2 pairs of jeans a belt and few scarfs and confidence in myself I finally found jeans! Amazing service from Ebony. She made me feel very valued. Thankyou ebony!

So I go on to look at the jeans and I had 2 ladies come to me and ask what o am buying. I say.jeans and she makes me try a couple of pairs on. I am picky so she gives me a pair of Levi’s and say they will fit. I try them on and they fit great and I think, sure I will definitely pay full price because I can’t seem to find jeans that fit me and these are awesome. So I go to pay and she says $30, and In my mind I’m like $130 ok here’s my money’s. But my sister yells $30! And I’m like $30!
