Just Jeans

Just Jeans are kicking their service levels out of the park this weekend. Much thanks to Cheryl who graciously served my reluctant shopper husband with new jeans. You are a saint.

Tiny smiles make huge difference. After paying 115$ I see sad face on Saturday afternoon. One lady was quite rude. One lady was helpful.

Positive experience here today (14/6/22). I had purchased a jacket from Just Jeans online but on arrival the fit wasn’t quite right. After hearing back from customer service, I reached out to one of the stores they’d indicated had the correct size in stock, only for them to repeatedly not answer their phone. I then contacted the Melton branch; the lady I spoke with answered the call promptly and was able to locate the last jacket left in my size, which she kindly held at the counter for me. Managed to head in a few hours later and was greeted by another lady (I’m guessing, she sounded different to the person I spoke with on the phone but no less friendly) at the counter, who processed my exchange without hassle. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the store itself was quite cramped; this is no fault of the store staff in terms of housekeeping but it seems that there are more products being displayed than the store has floor space to accomodate. Had I wanted to browse further in store, I’d have found it difficult to do given I had my baby with me in his pram.

Helpful staff - good range of products - reasonable prices.

Very unhelpful staff member today. She was alone with no one else in store but myself and didn't seem to like being asked for assistance. Quite rude, unhelpful telling me the jeans I wanted were out of stock but I found them myself and seemed to have little product knowledge. Thanks for nothing Cheryl.
