Just Jeans

Staff member was quite disinterested and unhelpful. They came up to me and asked what size I was looking for (they didn’t bother to even say hello or manage a polite greeting). They told me where I might find a suitable size, then walked of to the back of the store. Ended up buying elsewhere.

Good prices, supportive staff. The place was a little bit messy, but I didn't mind it so much. Would surely recommend.

Bogas advertising. Deals plastered over walls are for limited stock. I went to the register to pay and was advised of this by staff under their breaths. I’ve wasted my time and am disappointed

I was helped out by Tori today who was genuinely lovely and was keen to help me find my size.

Even though there was no stock in what I was after, she let me know of other deals going on and was really friendly!

So impressed with your staff member Claudia today while I watched her go above and beyond to help a customer. Then she served us and was so genuine and friendly despite having a broken arm. Well done.

Ive been here 3 times. I went today the woman refused to scan the jeans and said they were $79 went to another store and they were $49. Always bad service at this branch.

Not a great customer experience. Sale assistant was more worried with a fly that was flying around than the customers. Didnt help with product or what to get.just pointed Ended up walking out Very poor customer service

I just called Just Jeans at Spencer Street Outlet. The girl who answered the phone was quite rude and unhelpful. Sighed when I asked if she had a particular item in stock. Pretty disappointing!
