Very unprofessional. Take away clients choice and control when attempting to access supports. I would strongly encourage you to look for an alternative provider to help manage formal supports!

I have interviewed 7 providers and had services from 3 and I can honestly say that Just Home Care has proven to be of the most high standard.
My care manager and the rest of the JHC have been great
The assistant I have received has been
great and of a High standard

As a carer for my husband Bill it was important that I had people supporting us who are very contactable, caring and willing to support and find the help we require. Just Care provide all those services at a minimal cost from our funding. We highly recommend this company with there lovely co-ordinators.

I found this company is very doggy and dishonest the way they treated personal care workers and the clients, especially the finance department. Only one good thing is the care manager is quite nice and very accountable for. Just one advice for anyone who is looking for a home care packages provider, think twice before using the services from this company. Hope the Government can step up a bit more serious and investigate how
dreadful this business is operating!

After a negative experience my wife tried to leave this company - Just Home Care were very unprofessional and stressed my wife out of a lot and she already has enough stress on her as a full time carer. There were unspent funds (in the Aged care package) of approximately $18,000 which accrued over Covid (when we couldn't have paid carers in the house). Anyway Just Home Care still held onto the funds after the 70 day deadline and even told my wife they believed they were still entitled to the funds. It appears that they continued to take fees and paid out for some services, despite being told (several times) to transfer to the new provider. My wife had to take time out of her busy schedule (she is also a full time student) to email Just Care several times to tell them to transfer the funds. A full month after the 70 day deadline they finally transferred the funds to the new provider. This is just one example of the lack of professionalism. My wife and I could give many, many, many more examples.
Just Home Care don't seem to take negative feedback well. I will be surprised if this review even posts. They will probably hassle Google to block it.

I have only been a client of Just Home Care Packages for just over 12 months. During that time I’ve experienced the upmost respect and support from the entire team, but in particular my Care Manager, firstly Cindy and now Claire. Their response to my needs and issues have been immediate and appropriate. I have received the best care and support possible.
Whilst this service is what we all hope for (& not all get) it has been provided at a very reasonable cost in comparison to what I would have to pay through other providers. I have done the comparisons and KNOW for a fact that JHCP is the best priced provider I could use. I trust this is of some value to those who also need help.

Very happy with my providers they listen to our concerns and act promptly. Our case manger is great and gets back to me quickly checks in on us, with out us having to ring them thankyou all for management and caring

I have been part managing my HCP with JHCP for quite a few months. I have a personal manager who is just so helpful. She responds to my emails so quickly and does all she can to help me when a problem arises with my health. I cannot recommend JHCP highly enough to anyone wishing to part manage their HCP even if they don’t live in Victoria. I live in SA and have found no problem at all with the excellent service I receive.

Avoid avoid avoid!

Lodged false incident form and false insurance claim (insurance fraud?). False accusations on worker paid under a package, defamation.

Do yourself/family a favour and avoid. Minus stars

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! Or Lets Get Care, same company.
I signed up with them 28th January and was told i would receive a call within 5 business days, I emailed again on 8th February and got the same response. I got sick of waiting and sourced a carer myself and she started on 10th March.
I called again a few times from the 18th March, the Care Manager was always either in a meeting or training and never returned my calls. When i asked to speak to a supervisor the line went dead, that happened 3 times.
On 21st March a carer randomly turned up, she had been assigned to mum for many more hours per week than her package would allow and not what i asked for.
I kept trying to get in contact with the care Manager with no luck.
On the 24th of March i was completely ropable and made a complaint to the Aged Care commission. I also sent JHCP an email with notice to leave the service provider.
At the time JHCP had a 2 hour call back guarantee or they would refund the months service fees.
Eventually I received a call from a supervisor and after my complaint they agreed to refund 2 months fees, but not April as we had correspondence that month (about my complaint of having zero communication with mums Care Manager)
Not only did they not refund any fees, they kept taking more.
The only correspondence i had was via email on 24th March, she allegedly did not have my correct phone number, although she did leave me a voice message while i was talking to the aged Care commission. I was advised that her supervisor spoke to my brother and organised the carer on 21st March, complete lies.
Finally on 8th July they transferred money to Services Australia who then transferred the funds to the new service provider.
The amount was $303.50 less than the April statement.
The Aged Care Commission was told by JHCP that is was Services Australia who adjusted the funding. I spoke to Services Australia today and they definitely did not adjust any funds.
I have not received a May or June statement nor have i received a reconciliation statement.
I realise we're not talking about a lot of money here, and its not about that, i wanted them to be accountable and to stop ripping off the elderly who really need help.
They do not deserve the 1 star review, they do not deserve to be in business.

I am so happy I found JHCP. The service I receive is exceptional. My manager responds virtually immediately to an email by either replying or ringing me. She has been so helpful and made my life a lot easier. I’d recommend Just Home Care Packages to anyone happy to part manage their HCP. The fees are low compared to many others so I have more money to spend on things and services I need.

My partnership with Justcare commenced 12 months ago. Due to hearsay about different packages I was very nervous about choosing one, but Justcare was recommended to me so I took the plunge and I have not regretted my decision one bit. I chose the part management option for two reasons - Cost and the fact that I was able to have input into the type of help required. I have never regretted my decision and it has turned out to be a very positive experience which I have enjoyed immensely. My Care Manager, Marlon and I have had very many healthy and enjoyable discussions re my requirements and the right decision has been made each and every time.
Thank you so much Marlon and Justcare for a positive experience and I look forward to the future with the assurance I can remain in my own home for many more years to come with the help I receive from Justcare and the My Aged Care package.

I would rate 0 stars if it was an option. Before signing up they promised they would help source carers, OT, supply everything I received from my previous care provider but they didn't. They made false promises. It's very hard to reach the care managers. They're slow to respond. The care managers left us high and dry and didn't find any carers or vendors at all. The care managers are unknowledgeable, incompetent and unhelpful. The staff who signed me up also don't respond. Misleading and deceptive company. I regret joining and will leave soon

Just Homecare Packages is the best thing I have done in a long time changing over to them to be my providers for my aged care package as the old providers where not good providers in so many ways but with Just Homecare Packages and my case manager Leny it’s just a phone call away and they help me straightaway my daughter can now relax knowing I am getting the best care I can get so Thankyou Leny and Just Homecare Packages

Twice I have had at least 4 invoices unpaid
I have had invoices by 2 separate tradies charged to somebody else's account. One I resolved myself, the other is still unresolved some 6 months later.
A complaint to MAC some 3 weeks ago has gone unanswered by both parties.
Two stars for Paige and Jess who set me up well before they departed. Jo, ha been my new care manager for a few weeks so cannot be rated. Zero stars for senior management, account's
