Warning on buying a treadmill, any breakdowns under warranty and you can expect a 3 -4 month wait for replacement parts.

Bought a lot of equipment from Just Fitness in Epping, great customer service and regular servicing hasn't been an issue, honest and straightforward. I have used my equipment extensively and when it's time to replace anything, these are my go to!

Can't fault just fitness epping went in here on sunday the 4th and dealt with richard regarding the recumbent bike on sale very polite great service not trying to upsell was interested in our needs and fitness level definitely 5 star review for just fitness epping will be back again more times im sure

Just Fitness is the place to go to get all your equipment. I have bought several pieces of equipment from them and at all times they have given 5 star service.

I’ve dealt with a few of the locations of Just Fitness but the Epping location is by far my fave. Mandy and the team do their best to make sure you’re happy. They always go above and beyond. Def recommend to purchase with them.

Received excellent customer service from Just Fitness Epping. Our treadmill’s motor burnt out and due to COVID there is an eight month waiting period for a new one. Instead, Just Fitness offered us a new upgraded treadmill at a very attractive price. Their assistance was great as well as with the setting up of the new treadmill. We highly recommend Just Fitness’ services.

Just replaced my previous mag rower (also purchased from Just Fitness) with a new water rower. After some extensive research I found that Just Fitness sold me a very good product with the best price. Excellent customer service. Mandy really went the extra mile to help find a treadmill that suited myself and other family members. Very happy with our purchase. When trying to decide on a treadmill, the only thing I can recommend; particularly for those who want to walk on it, and not run is to try the programs out. The one we ended up settling on still has most programs that caters for runners only, but there are a few options to create your own programs.

I've been dealing with Just fitness for a decade or, so from whom I've purchased my Treadmills. Occasionally, the treadmills have needed to be repaired as I am one of those people that does actually, use them and they have been excellent in their response to have them repaired or, replaced, if repairing them was not an option.

They do take pride in their service and keep their word to deal with your issue as best as they can.

Great service and prompt delivery. Mandy was really efficient, quick to reply and process everything for my treadmill hire.

What a fantastic company to deal with, nothing is to hard, they are so accommodating, quick response, staff are fantastic and friendly, I would recommend them to anyone and have recommended them to friends already, we bought a treadmill and we love it, we will be back for more gym equipment.
If we could give just fitness a 10 star then we would.
