Just Cuts Wendouree

Asked for a trim, at shoulder length. Ended up with short hair I can do nothing with. I will not be a returning customer.

Went to just cuts today and asked for a short cut, just above the shoulders with no layers. Left the store with extremely choppy layers that I can’t style and I can’t even make my hair look decent. Hairdressers need to be taught to cut women’s hair more and not just men’s. Very dissatisfied and really upset with my cut.

Nice staff. I'm regular there. Getting to be a bit expensive at $42b though. Might look around.

Very poor “bob” haircut. One side shaped into the bob style. The other side not shaped by the hairdresser. Initially not noticed because the hairdresser blowwaved both sides to curl under. Next morning I noticed one side very ragged and very poorly cut - although the other side was shaped. So disrespectful, the hairdresser must have known she had done that.

Just had our 2 young boys haircut, while they did a great job was pretty irrate to find out my 10month old cost $40! He wasnt even in the chair for 5 minutes! I have no issue paying for my 4 year old it took near on half an hour, but seriously $40 for 5 minutes of haircutting!

I am extremely disappointed and annoyed by the haricut style that the stylist came up with. I have already explicitly told her to do a fade or taper on both the sides and she just ignored. The razor went all the way up to the top with 1 length and it is even unbalanced on two sides. I have never felt that agitated and uncomfortable after a haircut before, I am extremely annoyed. I will never go back again would recommend to all my friends no to go. Please tell that hairdresser lady she should listen carefully to what the customers have to say, no just do it her own way!

Reasonable haircut for a reasonable price. Can get very busy with school kids weekdays after 3pm.

I've been getting my hair cut there for the past 2 years! Never had an issue!

Wait time claimed 20 mins, 50 mins later still 3 waiting, been coming here 6 years now down to 1 in 3 haircuts as planned. Staff take long breaks after each cut and some head of with friends. Owner is being scammed. Not bothering again at that price

Always go to Just Cuts always get a good cut and they do what I want, also they take there time making sure all is ok.

It ok. Some hairdressers are better than others. Pitty you if you get the one pushing to you to buy products. Peeved me off she did. Some hairdressers are not so pushy. Luck of the draw I guess. It's ok. Jim.

My six year old son came in for a haircut and they messed his hair up so badly we had to get it fixed at a different salon. The stylist took one look at my son's hair and shook his head. Very disappointed.

Edit: The notion that I would come back to a store to have his hair "fixed" after it being butchered is ridiculous.

Terrible experience with them. Made my hair look terrible and I had to go to my usual hairdressers to get fixed up

Sub standard haircut at a premium price, no attention to detail, try to get you in and out asap to make more $$$, to much talking not enough grooming, at least use a hair drier to get the loose hair off your customer.

Visit regularly and have had different hairdressers. I have found them all so professional and friendly.

Very nice ladies, they always listen to what you would like done and I am very happy with their service.

They were on time with my appointment. Very friendly. The hairdresser I had was a little less experienced but did a good job.

Make sure you book an appointment otherwise be ready to fill in time shopping or wait a while.

Super friendly staff. I really loved the fact they were very good while cutting my son's hair who is on the autism spectrum.

I had a cut with Preets. I had long, curly and damaged hair, but I wasn't sure what to do with it. I told Preets I wanted the ends trimmed off. She did a great job of giving me a shaped bob with no frizzy ends. Thank you!
