Just Cuts Delacombe

Was able to walk straight in and get my haircut straight away. Did a great job and she was very friendly. I will be back for sure.

I did try the app but caused my phone to go slow. Will try that again later.

I came in today with my locks well and truly in need of taming but with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Lara suggested a style that I thought looked pretty good. I was genuinely blown away by how great my hair looked when she was done. Thanks Lara for the chat and for a great job on my hair

I went there once for a basic trim, came out with the most crooked hair I’ve ever witnessed.
My partner kept going there and coming back with bold patches, now goes to a proper barber for $5 more and gets a decent hair cut.
Also not a good “walk in” service, they had 3 hair dressers in the shop and 2 customers, not a single person lined up outside and they said it was a 2 hour wait…
Wound not recommend unless you want crooked hair and bald patches. (:

Checked in and was told there was a one hour wait. Went back in an hour and kept waiting. After half an hour I asked how much longer - was told, 'There's a couple of people ahead of you'. Gave up and went home (35 km away). Got a text after I got home that I was nearing the top of the queue; needless to say I didn't go back. The one hour wait turned into at least two hours - how could they get it that wrong?

I am very pleased with my hair cuts I have had carried out by Lara at Just Cuts Delacombe Town Centre, she is very professional, has a very pleasant personality and is very skillled at styling. Lara is very well presented and is a role model for the industry. A welcome addition to the salon.

Worst experience I have ever had. Firstly waited for one and half hour even after checking in through the app. Secondly, was told by one of the staff members that she has never done a skin fade so someone else will do it for you so another 15 minutes wait. Thirdly, the staff member who did skin fade used clippers with no. 1 stating that it's maximum they can fade. I requested to use a shaver to get skin fade and got the response that we are not barbers we don't have equipment to do a skin fade. Was charged $37 for using trimming machine which I could have used at home and could possibly have got better hair cut.

Idiotic trading hours, went in to get an appointment asked the girl if they were taking any more people, rudely said no, shouldn't be in a customer based role with no personality

Waited 2 hours for a basic appointment advised only a 40 minute wait. People came after us and got seated straight away. Asked when we would be seen was rudely told sit and wait or leave. I use to come here often after the shocking service at Wendourre. Seems like it's just the business in general that's bad.

I went there on Thursday (July 7) and as you can see in this photo; This is the outcome. The so hairdresser was a BLONDE LADY. I asked for a recommendation and I was pleased with it but as she was cutting the hair, the one she recommended wasn’t matching to the photo so I told her if she could even out my bangs. So there’s the result. The fact that the lady tried to sell me hair product and kept telling me that it’s a new hair style is beyond me.
Would not recommend the BLONDE LADY. Don’t get me wrong but she’s sweet but as a hairdresser, I was beyond speechless.

Shenara was amazing and provided the best service. Thank you for taking care of my hair today. The app for making an appointment is so convenient and easy to use. Will definitely be coming back!

For the best experience, you're better off using the App.and book in through there, because there's always a wait. I've had good experiences here and good haircuts. Always nice staff who listen to what you want and go with what you want. Well, except that ONE time, but hey...

Took my son here and the blonde lady with glasses did an amazing job.
His father took him back and I'm pretty sure she cut with her eyes closed. He has such a disjointed cut and it looks terrible. How any hairdresser could do that is beyond me. Do not recommend. If I was there I would not have paid. Now have to find someone who can fix it.

My step son was taken there Wednesday 16 Feb and it’s safe to say it’s terrible. Lloyd Christmas has a cleaner hair cut. Uneven cuts and shaving and so so horrible.

My daughter's trim is uneven and terrible Would love to post pictures but sadly can not to show how awful the cut is! Very disappointed
