Just finished a facial which was pretty much the best I have ever had (I am 60 I’ve had a few). Judy spent 45 minutes, treating my face and caring for my skin in the most professional and beautiful way. She explained all the steps, products and areas of concern but without the big sell.
I will definitely go back again, great staff. My skin feels amazing. Thank you

Would give 0 if I could. Have now been into the Chadstone store 4 times in the last monthish. And each time I have waited around half an hour + for help and ended up walking out (generally when they serve someone who has entered the store after me). Can’t even get an acknowledgement! Tried to book a consult… yep no problems… we can help you in a months time… don’t even try to book a treatment… the wait for that is 3 months….

Love the new store, smaller and better. Great customer service. One day, hope to visit your farm in SA. Amazing Australian product range.

Always such a welcoming location with beautifully presented stores and even better the staff and their attention to detail makes me always want to revisit! Thankyou for being such a great place to disappear into for a short while.
