I agree with Adam. I've been using this supplier for years. Don't know why I keep going. Staff can't input orders correctly, packaging staff can't understand that heavy items don't get stacked in top of croissants. There is no care factor. Made myself a new year's resolution. Will change supplier.
Been using Jurgens Swiss Bread for years and Ive never had an issue. Love all there products and so do my customers. The customer service girls are great to deal with, they are very polite and happy to assist.
Great products, absolute worst supplier to deal with. Always wrong stock being sent and they charge multiple surcharges then demand min orders on top of surcharges. Not loyal to long term customers. Appalling!

The most unreliable service, they always get the orders wrong, the reps never answer the phone to sort out the problem. Very disappointed
How come the quantity apricot in the apricot loaf has diminished it is more or less sultans bread now. About time you went back to the original quantities.
Excellent collection of bread, buns. Best Croissants in town. Baked and delivered freshly everyday.
